Yep when we are the underdog I feel fairly confident of getting a result under McGlynn but when it comes to games we should really win (Cowden, Stirling & Alloa for example) we just look clueless!!! Also at times he really needs to make changes quicker when plan A isn't working. Also far too loyal to some players and I expect him to take Davidson, Simmons & Williamson to Aberdeen if he did get the job.

I think the following team McGurn Wilson Murray Ellis Dyer Walker Davidson/Simmons Ferry Tade Baird Wales Is more than capable of beating the likes of Dundee & Falkirk and I think it would make us harder to beat not easier as it would mean be able to boss the midfield with a midfield three and get the full backs going forward as when we play a 4-4-2 (Take the game against Alloa) our wide players seem to go missing. Playing a 4-3-3 would be us playing to our strengths and I for one hope we play it against Dundee.

I totally agree and it would work really well. I've been thinking about our formation and before this came the conclusion that a 5-3-2 with the current squad would be the best bet but now I'm all for a 4-3-3. Sounds good to me!

I'm going to keep pushing for it despite the fact that the box won't be used due to having multiroom (unless it's put in the kitchen for Sky Sports News) but I'm too bloody stubborn to let it drop!!! Last week I had a slight problem with Sky as I was getting charged for ESPN when it was offered as three months for free and straight away they put £27 credit on the account.

I phoned up to cancel Virgin as we were thinking about taking everything with Sky and they phoned up a few days later and after being made a few offers I agreed on a deal for free land line calls 24/7 with 10 mb broadband with the M+ tv package for £14.46 a month but after waiting for over 24 hours for Sky Sports news to appear I phoned up and asked when the package would be upgraded and they claimed it was only the M package I was offered. Sent away a email to somebody high up in Virgin Media in the hope that they will honour the offer not that I can camplain as it's saving us around £15 a month but it's the principle of the thing as it wasn't what we agreed.

Was tracking a parcel earlier today but it changed to "Thank you for your rescheduling request" despite the fact that neither me (or my brother in law who was the intended recipient) have rescheduled the item and they are blaming Amazon despite the fact that their own website claimed it would be delivered today till 15:51 when it changed.
