  1. Gow 3 Threave Rovers 1 A much improved performance. Looking like a different team from the last few weeks. Threave scored against the run of play, then equalised before half time. Midway through second half, we were down to ten men, harshly. Seemed to galvanise us and we scored a couple from well taken corners. Good start for big Sinky.
  2. Good to see Big Sinky back. He brings a wealth of experience. Looking forward to it. Mon the Gow.
  3. Daryl has achieved nothing so far at this level and I wish him all the best at Lanark I'm not going to get involved in message ping pong with someone who sets up an account to try and stir it. If you know so much why don't you join the committee? Easy to criticise and your assumptions are way off the mark.
  4. I think you are wrong, but you are entitled to your opinion
  5. Neil Schoneville has resigned as Lesmahagow manager The club would like to thank Neil for his hard work and commitment over a seven year period as a player and a manager Nikki Paterson and Gerry Ward will also leave there posts and we thank them both for their efforts We wish everyone all the best for the future The club will now be taking applications from interested parties..
  6. Certainly will be. Personally I would like to see an experienced proven manager.

  8. Gow 1 Greenock 3 What a waste of a drive to Greenock and back. Poor show from Gow. A freak goal and a wind assisted worldie saw us 2-0 down. Pulled one back from free kick. 2-1 at half time. Looked the better team in second half but couldn't get the ball in the net. Greenock caught us with a late one. All in all under par performance. Must do better.
  9. Lesmahagow 3 Whittletts Vics 0 Could have been more. Competent display from the Gow, onto the next round.

  11. Mr Mogadon, what is he bringing to this commentary, apart from clichés in hushed tones. He's awful.
  12. Morata. Is there a footballer caught more offside in the history of football than him? Make your mind up VAR it will soon be Monday
  13. VAR should be fired into the Sun. Liverpool debacle, now this utter shambles. Only money men at the top table want this. No one else.
  14. Port Glasgow 0 Lesmahagow 2 Good win on the road, especially after a dip in form over the last fortnight. Played at a fast pace. Gow scored against run of play. Would say Port shaded first half possession wise. The Gow came more into it in second half and ran out worthy winners. On to cup duties now, until the end of the month, when we play Greenock. Tidy wee set up at Parklea, was my first visit.
  15. Port Glasgow 0 Lesmahagow 2 FT McGuire & Woodlock
  16. Port Glasgow 0 Lesmahagow 1. Just inro 2nd half
  17. We were inept, tactics were rubbish. Sat too deep. Never offered much midfield to front. Perplexing substitutions. No where near good enough considering what was at stake. We had players missing too but no excuse for serving up that dross. Your goal came from a corner that should never have been, it was your player that headed it out and ref gave you the corner. It wasn't even debatable, he clearly headed it out. Don't get me wrong it doesn't detract from how poor we were and we could still be playing on Monday and wouldn't have scored.
  18. The drainage has been much improved since the flood and its dry right through Friday into Saturday, so there won't be any problem.
  19. El Classico, Old Firm and Milan derby doesn't have a look in this weekend. As Lesmahagow v Lanark United face off at Fortress Craighead. Ex Gow player, Darryl Meikle now at the helm at Lanark with most of the ex Lesmahagow AFC team in toe. Should be a cracker. Mon The Gow.
  20. Mid Annandale 0 Lesmahagow 2 Friday night under the lights at a rain lashed King Edward Park, Lockerbie. The Gow controlled the game played in monsoon conditions. Didn't have our shooting boots on last night, should have been much more but we were without our top striker. Goals from Paterson and Weir did the trick. On to the next round.
  21. Super Sexy Scotland. Indulge in the Magnificence
