This is another point, Unless the guy is a crackpot there is no reason investors wouldn't want control. Once we see the offer on the table I'll bet it results in majority shareholding for nowhere near enough cash.

This is the only way this guy can make money IMO taking a cut of the profits from the sale of youth (or any one really) players. We don't need more investments to do that.

Trying to separate politics from anything is a bit weird. Everything is political, I'd suggest the ownership of a club is very political.
