I'll reiterate my original point: someone answer this post if they feel so strongly about it. Scotland has some 118 years of League football history and in that entire time I know of only one occasion where a league game was awarded 3-0 or 2-0. This game must be played. Livingston FC must be fined 10 or 15 points, and made to pay East Stirlingshire for any losses incurred (as permitted by the SFL rules). As punishment for Livi's indecent and heinous assault on the principles of football...
It is not SFL's job to compensate East Stirlingshire for losses caused by Livingston's dastardliness. The SFL is an association of 30 clubs. To do so would be to make 30 clubs pay for 1 clubs crimes.
If you get to a stage where clubs start to refuse to play games over financial disputes we enter to a tyranny, a Reign of Terror. East Stirling should play the game - SFL should hammer Livingston...
I totally agree with the previous posts, The situation needs to be dealt with before it gets more out of hand, because soon enough other clubs will follow their lead and I feel the game should be played on wednesday as the shire have a good chance of winning the league and i would hate to see one bitr of stubborness cost us one of the best moments in the clubs history

The SFL could have resolved this situation weeks ago by responding to the issue of Livingston insisting that it should not play the original fixture.
By deducting 15 points? A fine is in order too

The entire Livingston fiasco has been a disaster on all levels. I can completely understand where the Shire are coming from in this case. How much compensation are the Shire looking for?
The website doesnt say but the SFL wont pay any compensation as they feel other clubs will make the same claims as they see the game as postponed not Livingston refusing to turn up

after a long break i feel tht i have to come on and stress my anger and dissapointment in the way that the SFA have handled the Shire v Livingston situation. Accorfing to BBC sport both teams look set to be deducted 15 points if the shire refuse to turn up on wednesday.
The only situation before is Hamilton in 2000 and they were deducted points but I feel that a punishment for the shire would be harsh as it was Livingston who called all the contraversy

An East Stirling Fan( bless you my son you have suffered years of poor results but now yer on the up a bit and I for one hope and actually believe that you might just beat the bill dodgers)I'm fucking proud of you. nah go for it Engy but im confident landi will put out the full squad this time...love the away end at ochilview btw!
i hope he puts the full team out as the may underestimate shire. i mean look what happend with us and preston we fell behind twice. and it would show the shire a bit of respect. even rangers played 8 first team players when we played them.
i like going in there aswell its got a good atmosphere but the stewards in there are a bit on the crabit side
