Some quotes from Lorna Slater on Good Morning Scotland

and on working with the Scottish Government again

She is a total and utter buffoon. Should have been emptied after the disaster of the deposit scheme, she made a complete fanny of herself in numerous interviews.

    Eh? There’s 65 MSP’s between the Greens, Lib, Labour and Lib Dem’s, not 64? There’s 129 MSP’s, 64 votes is not enough.

I’m tempted for the bet now because you’ve obviously miscounted before you offered it, but I don’t know what the Greens will do, and certainly wouldn’t bet on weasel Harvie having the backbone to bring down the SNP government.
He’ll decide though, cause the Greens will vote as a block one way or another.

    Who's miscounted?

There will be a vote of no confidence next week, Tories have already confirmed it will be brought to the floor.

There will be certainly 63 SNP votes of confidence and 57 LIB/LAB/CON votes of no confidence. There is eight green MSP's and who will decide the outcome of the vote. I don't know how they will vote, I bet Patrick Harvie doesn't know how they'll vote yet either. Ash Regans one vote for Alba will be unlikely to matter.

The question the Greens will be asking themselves is if they want to see the man who just sacked them from government after backing down on a climate pledge continue as First Minister while they sit in opposition. I assume you think they do want that? Maybe they do, we'll soon find out.

That's an awful long way to say "no" without actually saying it.

I do this on purpose to folk behind me driving big stupid SUVs. I apologise for nothing.

My car has an auto hold function so when you take your foot off the brake it remains on until you touch the accelerator. When it's engaged the brake lights stay on. My laziness and convenience is more important to me than the drivers behind me.

  6. Not the best day at the office but a brilliant result considering the circumstances. No call for moaning about anyone today given the season and effort they’ve displayed.  Whoever that auld c**t in the main stand is who continually shouted negatives can f**k right off.

I’ve had a stroke and I’m stuck at home, but I just noticed this that cheered me. My apologies if someone else’s posted it but every single player except for Burrell.

I know MacIver has become poplular and has scored a good few important goals, but I am still in two minds about him.  He certainly has a great ability to tap in a goal from a a few inches, that is for certain.  A goal is a goal so I'm not being sarcastic, evey one counts.  I see him as a good sub, not as our central striker.

If I am on the fence about MacIver, then my brother certainly isn't.  He has seen him play about 6 times this season and he is fairly scathing about him.  He doesn't see a footballer there - no dribbling and swerving as you would expect from a striker, no great ball control, no rushing past defenders.  He just sees a slightly akward, not very athletic guy.   I don't know what Ross has done to him, but I don't agree with my brother.

But it is interesting how someone with no horse in the race can see that.

With respect and in honour of your avatar, that’s plenty.

I can't really see that standing up in court. The £120k is payable if we have a single postponement due to a waterlogged pitch next season - even if we sort our pitch - that's just laughable.

As for the television costs of £36,429.60, that can get in the bin.

It's no surprise to see we're pursuing legal advice.

The SPFL statement doesn’t say the suspended fine is payable for one single postponement.
