The only thing worth remaking on about him is that he was the first killie manager I can remember. What’s everybody’s beef with him particularly and not just any other no mark fuckwit to manage Killie?
I reckon it's mostly because there were a lot of games between the teams when he was their manager. Also the fact he went to Lochgilphead to avoid letting anyone else down.

Speaking of terrible refs, I went down a YouTube rabbit hole this morning and ended up watching highlights of our 4-3 cup win over Motherwell in 2000. Literally none of their goals should have counted. The first doesn't come close to crossing the line, the second is offside and the third is a clear dive for a penalty. Ours were all fine. Extremely satisfying to see Reynolds crunch Nevin at the end as well.

Expecting any manager to get consistent performances out of this squad, especially while it's riddled with injuries, is setting the bar too high. Just need to drag themselves over the line and consign this (another) season to the bin.
