Aye likes of him, Holt and Seb Ross know there’s absolutely nae chance of getting another full time deal anywhere so will more than likely just sit tight and take the money for the year. I’d do the same if I was them. There’s not enough words to express just how ridiculous it was that we had Jaime Wilson on trial and still gave him a 2 year deal. Just a stunning piece of business.

Aye we’ve had the young boy from Southampton who was brutal, Finn Yeats young boy released from Aberdeen who’s looked really good and I’m hoping we give him a new deal, Ethan Ross and a whole bunch of 16/17 year olds that will more than likely be looking to be signed for our under 18’s so not much for you guys to be potentially looking at.

Same team that started against Killie and good to see McGinn make the bench. Assuming Ethan Ross is trialist E tonight.

I don’t think he’s quite lost that much pace but he’s got absolutely zero stamina. Does well to get forward in support then takes fucking ages to get back. Also when he does eventually get he’s a fucking rotten defender.

Now I might be wrong btw but I’m sure he was the standout ‘trialist’ that came on in the second half. Number 9 I think he was? Looked a bit like a younger Seb Ross.

Don’t know what’s so hard to believe about this all tbh. He clearly wants to play with McGlynn again and with his brother being here as well just seats the deal. Heard he’ll be playing as a trialist again for us against Stranraer tomorrow. Can’t wait to see him light it up again like he done the other night.

I’d say that was very encouraging but of course it’s early days. First 75 minutes it was a decent competitive game and whilst I’ve no doubt Lillie could’ve upped the levels if needed it was very even. Then we both started making changes and that’s when we started getting dominated. The fact that we played the last 10 minutes with Leon McCann and Sean Mackie as our centre half partnership just tells you all you need to know about our lack of available depth. Brad McKay and Steven Hetherington both put in probably their best performances since joining, trialist #14 looked very tidy and is definitely worth another look and Sean Mackie was our best player imo. Thought Gary Oliver had a really good game as well didn’t have a sniff of goal really but led the line well, good link up play and was pinning Ash Taylor well. None of the subs looked up to much, the wee #21 tried so fair play to him but he’s absolutely tiny. The trialist striker #9 is utterly brutal though. Looked like he’d never played football before.

Decent watch so far. Makes a change watching a Falkirk team playing some decent stuff. Clearly we’re still 5 or 6 players short plus the 4 out injured but encouraging nonetheless. Trialist in midfield looks very tidy on the ball very impressive performance so far from him. Captain McKay has played well enough as well still can’t pass the ball but defended a lot better than we seen from him last season and Sean Mackie had a great first half playing out of position at centre back. Second half is going to be some laugh when we bring on all the wee boys for a runabout.

He started off well when we played a back 3 and he had Dixon next to him but then faded badly. He’s probably slightly better than Brad McKay but still garbage.

Nah that’s a lot of shite. We need good players. Sibbs is a fucking good player. He’d be by a country mile the best player in our squad.

Sibbs is always the answer. He won’t come to us. He’ll get a bigger an better offer. However we should absolutely be offering him the best possible deal we can. Absolutely no brainer to at least be in the race.

He’ll end up at Queens Park or something and he’ll be absolutely dugmeat.

Nah it’s a league game group stage game on a Wednesday night in the middle of the summer when a lot of people will probably be on holiday. If you want a ticket you’ll get one.

I’d definitely take Mochrie. He was always very impressive when I seen him at Montrose last season. With Fotheringham I really wouldn’t want him back. He was young but he just looked like a boy and didn’t show anything when he was with us. Like a younger Seb Ross.

Zak Rudden aside the loans we get from the Old Firm are always absolute dogshit. Jason Marr, Joe Chalmers, Ross Perry etc…

Not a chance we were ever affording either.
