I along with others have spent hours trying to train her and she just won't/can't get it as doesn't have the relevant qualifications. There were 30 male applicants and 3 female. Two exceptional candidates didn't get the job as it had to be 1 male 1 female.

Management have quotas to meet meaning poor quality employees are being hired and not only that but at similar wages to well qualified & reliable professionals.

Not sure if i posted this one yet but a while ago i saw a driver who was weaving all over the road, had pass plates on the car so thought oh well maybe only just passed test.
Pulled along side and low and behold she had 2 hands on the wheel while still holding her phone in the palm of her hand, occasionally flipping it over to check the messages occasionally.
Also driving out a backroad coming round a bend, yet another woman way over the line because she was on her phone (was dark and could see the glow)
To sum it up a number of woman struggle to drive competently as it is, add in using a mobile phone at the same time makes them a danger to everyone.

i'd be feeling pretty mugged off paying 30k for a jpeg of an ape to find it's not actually worth anything tbh and won't go up in value like a one off Picasso, who'd have thought it.

I'm not sure what's worse, the people who park in disabled/kids spaces or the ones that just dump their car right at the door in the drop off/set down points because they can't be arsed walking.

There are absolutely loads of them on the roads down here, usually driven badly, and often by mum doing the school run. I am convinced the car is to hide their lack of ability as I refuse to believe it's a coincidence they are all just bad drivers.
Had a chat with one of my ex's about this, she wanted a Range Rover because it meant she and i quote "could bash it over kerbs without damaging the car" pretty much explains the thinking in some cases.

Approaching a junction when this woman on the main road comes flying diagonally in to the road im coming out of cutting right across the left hand lane causing me to have to slam the brakes on, beep of the horn and she stops her car and reverses to speak with me, i presumed to apologise.
Her: Excuse me is there some sort of problem?
Me: Do you realise what you just did wrong there?
Her: did you see the speed you were approaching the junction at??!?!?!
Me: Yes, It's a 20 and if i didn't stop you'd have hit in to me.
Her: You mean you'd have hit in to me because of the speed you were doing
Me: How is that possible regardless of my speed you shouldn't be in the left hand lane
Her: omg are you like actually alright is everything alright at home?
Me: Learn to drive you stupid fucking cow and off i go
