That song didn't really do anything for me, pretty poor... especially being the title track? Good riffery, but the lyrics/vox/solo let it down tenfold.

Will be in attendance for this. Always wanted to see A7X - Nightmare is a top, top album. Love Disturbed - they were fantastic at Download this year and have been any time i've seen them. In Flames - they're alright, not a big fan though.

Never really been into Alter Bridge, which is surprising as I like Tremonti and Slash's stuff with Myles Kennedy, but I can't translate that to Alter Bridge for whatever reason - ken a few tunes that are decent though. Love love love Volbeat - even if their new album was pretty disappointing. Gojira i've heard of but not heard Worth mentioning that Like A Storm are opening the night and are a pretty decent band. Cannae argue with £34 quid, so i'll be heading along to this one.

Seen Black Sabbath, 4 times so I'm quite content with missing this gig at the Hydro. Testament are fucking excellent, pity their gig in the ABC is on a Tuesday night though...

100% agree. Doesn't have enough edge to it or heaviness, pretty disappointed.There's still a few gems in there though.

I make my own ejuice now, kinda. Buy 500ml of 6mg Nicotine and 70/30 vg/pg base for £20, then mix it with concentrates (usually about £2 per £10ml.) so with that I'm able to make around 18ml of ejuice for £1! Shows you the mark up the suppliers put on the stuff. 15ml of Suicide Bunny or Space Jam etc would cost about £15. Made my own version of EzDuzIt on Ice, id say it's pretty spot on! Highly recommend making your own and happy to help.

Was thinking about Pantera but couldn't get 3 consecutive belters. Thought someone might have plumped for Slipknot, vol3 isn't my cup of tea but ken a lot of fans love it. Iowa and s/t are brilliant records.

No prayer was quite a poor album tbh. Avoid the Blaze albums (Virtual XI & X Factor) and start at Brave New World, can't go wrong with any of them post BNW imo. Lot of people were sketchy with Final Frontier but I thought it's the best they've done post-2000.

I used to hate that W'spoons didn't play music but i've come to quite like it as most "trendy" places tend to belt out the music and you have to shout in each others' ear

Aye i was kind of reaching a bit for that one, was originally thinking Iron Maiden/Killers/NOTB, but I think Killers is a bit "meh" to be honest - POM is a much better album. I'm also tempted to say Brave New World/Dance of Death/AMOLAD . Love the Irons
