  1. Pretty sure Stevenson has an option for an extra year that would be triggered by appearances if he hits a certain number
  2. Wait and you could lose out mate they don't always order many in bulk
  3. While I understand we made a loss this season I don't think it is as massive as guys like McCall seem to think. For instance we finished 2 places higher in the league which offsets the loss by at least £90 grand. Additionally we also progressed a round further in the league cup with the addition that we played Celtic away and therefore get a share of the gate which wouldn't have been budgeted this bringing in another £60 grand or so
  4. They never went bust in the first place. Don't know why you would that anyway tynecastle one of the best away days in football
  5. First of all very well done to Inverness Caley Thistle to all the fans, players, John Hughes and everyone at the club. Commiserations to Falkirk and their supporters. I enjoyed the game and both teams had their chances. Id also like to say well done to both clubs for a good game and in particular for both sets of supporters for producing a great family atmosphere throughout the day. I stay close to Hampden so could see a great atmosphere. This is what Scottish football should really be about and both clubs should be very proud of their supporters. I wonder when the last time was for 2 years running that a club won the Scottish cup that had never won it before
  6. if true about lawless that is good news any idea length of his new contract
  7. it might be that craigen has been released because he made it clear he was going to hibs
  8. Do you mean he travels from Stirling or he was a player with Stirling Albion? If so it might be this lad but purely a guess http://www.stirlingalbionfc.co.uk/player/sandy-cunningham/
  9. most other premier league clubs have a full time goalkeeper coach who is separate from the team anyway so only natural galls progresses onto this. He seems to be respected by Archie and all at the club and seems to have been good at developing Marc waters so be happy for him to stay with us
  10. where did you get the stats for assists? Thought Stevenson had set up a few as well
  11. thanks for letting us know mate pretty good need about Ryan
  12. the herald also covered the story stating that king was top of the list as far as the South African authorities are concerned.Surely rangers must realise its a recipe for disaster to get king involved in their club
  13. My great grandad johnny Campbell played for Scotland Celtic Aston villa and third Lanark. I have one of his Scotland caps from 1900 in the pink lord rosebury colours. I also own a medal from the Third Lanark 1923 tour of South America. Own a 1956 Glasgow charity cup final medal of bobbie Mitchell of third Lanark and later Newcastle fame.
  14. There was rumours that Moffat was being offered £700 a week by the Pars. That's what we were paying a lot of our team in the Premier League, quite surprised the Pars can afford to pay this much in League one, have they had a lot of new financial investment recently?
  15. Sorry if it's been asked before is Levein getting a wage as a Director? Is he still receiving compensation from the SFA?
  16. First of all well done to both sets of fans and clubs for making it an excellent cup final. Really decent attendance and a further sign that its absolute rubbish to say Scottish football is dying without rangers. Both St Johnstone and Dundee United have brought a lot to Scottish football this lst season and it was a great family day out. Very many congratulations to St Johnstone, very well deserved and I just cant believe its been 130 years for them to win a major cup. Any very well done Saints fans and everyone associated with the club fully deserve their success and celebrations
  17. £4 grand a week wages for players playing in the third tier of scottish football is pretty OTT and the same last year when they were playing in the 4th tier so I would guess that the players hefty wages are at the very least not that helpful to any fears your club is going to run out of money. I would also guess McCoists hefty wage should have been cut a lot sooner than it seems to have been
  18. I used to have respect for McCoist a few years ago however he seems to propagand and accept the lies that Rangers are an 140 year old club and seems to have no problem with the fans who systematically threaten people who disputes the truth or are involved in trying to expose all the wrongdoing that has been going on for years at Ibrox. This too me is far worse than his taking £800,000 a year for doing nothing
  19. The majority of you should be disgusted at the failure to pay debts to small companies which resulted in them going bust and people losing their livelihoods. I have never seen a single act of contrition from anyone involved with Rangers with regards to this.
