  1. The number of times you needed to explain your ambiguity really annoys you doesn't it? It really shouldn't...
  2. I mean.. you are right, I could, however in this case our Aberdonian decided to take that route when they posted this...
  3. Oh, I'm sure "better men than me" have done a lot of things to you. That comes across pretty clearly. The four posts simply demonstrates you are bad at making a point. It seems to really annoy you that someone did though.
  4. Dear me, aren't you the delicate flower. For a start I never red dotted you, and secondly the need for further posts was your own initial ambiguity.
  5. I think you probably should have added that into your first post, as I certainly took it in the way I described it in my last post.
  6. That makes your point even less clear.. I actually thought your point was that no matter who we brought in, we'd have sacked him in a matter of weeks.
  7. A little naughty, so here's a censored version. Seriously though, don't open this at work...
  8. Tell you what, I hadn't heard Kearney speak until his recent interview and I can see how he impressed the first time around.
  9. It always was hijacked by extremists though. We've had years of lies being published with impunity by the right wing press and allowed lies and facile comments to perpetuate the argument. We became the 5th largest trading nation in the world thanks to our involvement in the EU, yet somehow that gets turned into the EU being a negative to our success. The £350m claim is another example, or that the EU is unelected - that from people like Farage who was fucking elected to the European Parliament and willing to take the money while claiming it wastes money (oh, the irony). Not his first contradiction, he complained of people not speaking English on the train while the man was married to a fucking German who he spoke German with. I mean really.. anyway, less Farage, his faults are all too easy to expose. At Westminster, the Conservative Party is and always has been riven with disharmony on Europe and to allow them to be the ones in charge of getting a settlement is like asking the ghost of Jimmy Saville to look after your kids. Don't think I lay the blame entirely at their door though, we had a euro-sceptic leader of the Labour party who nominally claimed to be supporting Remain but did such a dreadfully unbelievable job that nobody took him seriously and instead of standing up to the lies and bullshit he kept a low profile because he didn't want to lose seats in the febrile North of England where xenophobia and racism has been ratcheted up by malign forces. I would have a lot more respect for Corbyn if he actually had the guts to stand up and say I don't believe in the EU, which he doesn't and never has, rather than meekly trying to shuffle his way through the whole thing. Both parties have fucked over the country. Who does it hurt in the long run? Not the Gove's, the Johnson's or the Mogg's. These people are insulated from financial fallout. It's an ideological fight for them. They don't care if the country is worse off so long as their little Albion rules the waves once more.
  10. @Stu will be disappointed.. On the surface it makes sense. Kearney will have a limited experience of Scottish football, Nicholl has a shit ton of it and although it's not necessary for him to be from the same country, but I'm guessing that helps too. All in all, we've got rid of an unsuccessful manager who had been out of work for years and a very unpopular assistant and replaced him with a manager at the top of his game in his country who has won silverware and an assistant (or Director of Football, whatever position Nicholl is officially determined to be) who has decades of experience. We've also kept a coach who equally has an extreme depth of experience. It's a shame Stubbs didn't work out, but we've moved quickly and at this moment it looks like we have ended up with a better option rather than having to compromise from one of "the usual suspects".
  11. Didn't Brian MacPhee once say, "I never knew I was black until Fergie continued to point it out".
  12. All that says is you care more about Internet banter than the club you claim to support..
  13. It's Miller's constant dismissal of anything that isn't Aberdeen that rustles my jimmies. He's the least professional person in the BBC Sport team, and that's saying something.
  14. Because he doesn't know what they are for, clubs the size of St Mirren shouldn't need such things. English then went, "so is a Technical Director just the same as a Director of Football?", and Miller responds by saying "yes". Despite him apparently not knowing what the job is, and that the role he held at Aberdeen was... Directory of Football. Clearly it's good enough for Aberdeen but us provincial diddies shouldn't bother with aspiration. The man is such a fucking cock.
  15. As I say, when the right wing press and lying politicians whipped up a frenzy amongst the illiterate racists down South (and some up here too!) it was all about it being best for the country. As it's become abundantly clear that isn't the case the same people are wiping their hands of it saying it's everyone else's job to clean up their mess. Brexit is a fucking betrayal, and economic suicide, yet the only thing left is to pop down the Winchester, grab a pint and wait for it all to blow over. I seriously think the only way the idiots will learn is if they are taught a stern lesson by fucking the country. It's not what I want but it's about the only route left.
  16. Now that fuckwit Miller is claiming we shouldn't have a technical director. We should remind ourselves that's effectively the role Miller held at Aberdeen. Of course, when it comes to Aberdeen, Miller would use shit for toothpaste, anyone else then it's a fucking shambles. Just f**k off you old buffoon.
  17. I havent heard about the Brexit dividend for a while
  18. Tom English talking a mixture of utter rubbish and the blindingly obvious on the radio there.
  19. If that's the same rumour I've heard then it's a well kent face from NI.
  20. IDS was on the radio claiming it wasn't up to them to provide a solution. The ambivalence towards the mess they fucking made is an embarrassment and simply demonstrates the sort of mindset for those who hate the EU. They don't care if the UK is fucked, they only care that their narrow hatred has been recognised.
  21. Funny how it was the "will of the people" when it was a 1% swing for leave, yet now all the polls are showing remain would win any future referendum at a canter it's suddenly an "attack on democracy" to hold another referendum. Ignoring the fact that this was not the only referendum we've held on the subject. The English are dragging us down, we need to get independence and fast. If the people of Scotland decided at the ballot box to leave the EU I'd be disappointed but accept the decision. I refuse to accept the decision made by xenophobes and racists propped up by career politicians trying to work their way up the greasy pole of power.
