From a male perspective my sister’s husband had a hair transplant and it looks 100x better than it did before. He’s really happy with it and I imagine it’s restored some confidence & resulted in improved self esteem. If you look at examples such as David Silva & Rob Holding you can see the kind of effect that procedure can have. If it’s a good surgeon doing the work, they can make it look natural - the same applies to any work done on teeth. Definitely the kind of thing I’d get done when the time comes.
