  1. "This strategic collaboration will empower us with cutting-edge analytics tools and invaluable financial insights, propelling the club into a new era of data-driven decision-making." Well it can't be worse than the current "fling shite at the wall" decision making model.
  2. I thought the Malpas season was bad. Maybe it's due to the passage of time (and that I was only 15 when Malpas was in charge) but the last 2 or 3 seasons have felt considerably worse for a multitude of reasons.
  3. Without meaning to come across as condescending, does anyone actually know this? I don't think I've ever seen Oxborough play. I'm all for giving Oxborough a chance due to Kelly being utter dug shite but, knowing our luck, he'd end up being the second coming of Aaron Chapman.
  4. This team are charlatans to a man. Kettlewell should have been out on his arse weeks ago. A few draws and skelping a Ross County team managed by Derek Adams shouldn't change that.
  5. The result during the week clearly deluded our team into thinking that they aren't a bunch of clueless, spineless shitebags.
  6. Poor first half from us. Kelly is an embarrassment. No idea what it will take for him to be dropped.
  7. No one knows because he's never been given a chance over that fud Kelly.
  8. Liam fucking Kelly. Honest to f**k.
  9. Kelly's distribution really is shocking.
  10. Beaton giving fouls for everything here (for both teams).
  11. Those new Tesco adverts are horrific.
  12. Why is Adams making out as if he's just taken over at County and is there doing them a favour? He's been there almost 3 months and had a full transfer window to try and sort the squad and they arguably look worse than before he got there. I can't think of a manager coming in that's had such a negative impact on a club as a whole. Surely he won't be there much longer?
  13. I had a complete brain fart when I saw the Morton result yesterday. Thought to myself how us beating them in the cup the other week is looking like a very decent result given their run in the league. Took me longer than it should have to remember that it was Alloa that we beat and we've still to play Morton.
  14. Higdon is hands down the best striker we've had in my time supporting the club. Can remember a Friday night game up at Dundee United where he was unplayable. He also ragdolled Celtic a couple of times that season and culminated this by getting himself a night in the cells at the POTY awards. Special mention also goes to Chris Porter. Not quite as prolific as some of those mentioned but I always thought he was a fantastic player.
  15. Considering some of the utter dross in terms of ex-players who have scored against us in the past, I'd be shocked if KVV doesn't score tomorrow regardless of whether he starts or not.
  16. A defender who can't defend? Sounds like something we'd be into.
  17. This is sort of where I'm as well. KVV of the second half of last season would be a great signing for anyone in the league (Old Firm included) but we've seen what he offers (or doesn't offer more like) when he's half-fit and half-arsed. Clubs like Aberdeen, Hearts, Hibs and even Dundee United will beat us to players 9 times out of 10 but to be "blown out the water" by Killie and fucking St Mirren is a major concern.
  18. Assuming the KVV chat has substance, you'd have to assume if we can match what Killie and St Mirren have offered, we'd be his preferred move?
  19. I reckon we'll bring in a couple of jobbers before / on deadline day then see who's available afterwards. I'm sure this time last year we were all cursing the lack of defensive signings but we then signed both Casey and Butcher after the window shut. For that reason I'm remaining (relatively) calm for now.
  20. Always said that Celtic was the wrong move for Turnbull from a development point of view but, at the same time, can just about understand why he went. I wonder what he must think when he sees someone like Lewis Ferguson who, IMO, Turnbull was a better player than he was with us and Ferguson was at Aberdeen. As it is, Ferguson is in Serie A captaining a Bologna side who are challenging for Europe whereas Turnbull is staring down the barrel of a move to some mid table Championship jobbers.
