  1. Defence went missing in august and were never found again I'd say the keeper walking out was a major factor, not sure If we tried to get an experienced keeper in or not but that may have been the difference - even getting Stewart back on loan - who's hardly kicked a ball for St Mirren. Anyway who want to be the manager now ? Any suggestions ?
  2. from the Rovers site " Albion Rovers FC announce that Brian Kerr and Stuart Malcolm have left Cliftonhill after the club's relegation to League 2. After being offered a revised contract for next season Brian has now decided to pursue his career elsewhere".
  3. Sean Higgins would be a good shout. Just retired. and as above the Dunlops.
  4. He'll be playing with the under23s. Full time training will do him the world of good. From The Time Capsule to full time football - Superb move for him.

  9. Higgins will start - other two players will be on the bench I'd imagine. We also have a few pretty decent u20 guys who will be up the pecking order also. Pretty happy with our squad as Armageddon was touted when the wage bill was slashed.

  13. Not sure If this has been posted anywhere els but the Rovers have announced the match v Dumfermline will be all ticket. "The Dunfermline game on Saturday 2 April will be all ticket at the request of the Fife club. There is a good chance that they will travel to Cliftonhill with the possibility of winning the league that day. Obviously there is a chance of a travelling support larger than Cliftonhill could hold arriving at the stadium. To ensure that things go smoothly on the day, the club is happy to agree to Dunfermline's request for an all ticket match. Arrangements for the sale of Rovers tickets for the game will be announced soon. Season tickets are valid for the match. 18. its his opinion - he's no idea how clubs voted. neither have I, but I'm almost 99% sure Albion Rovers wont be one of the clubs who voted against the demotion - in the 1st vote.
