I was asked to look after the folk on that section a while back, and was shitting it a bit at the prospect of getting 40-odd folk over Jock's Road in what looked like being shite weather earlier in the week. However a glorious day ensued and everyone enjoyed it. I'd been for another trail run over Mayar and Driesh two days before and as a result my thighs pretty much died on the road back to the Clova Hotel. Cracker of a day though.

I do find it very hard to believe NS has set fire to her entire political career/reputation for a fucking motorhome. At proper PGA level however he is completely finished as a competitive golfer.

I wasn't a huge fan of Woods when he was absolutely dominating the game tbh, and I still say Nicklaus was the greatest of all time. I do however think Woods has become less of a dick as he's become a more "ordinary" golfer and I was actually quite pleased he won the Masters thon last time. However he should absolutely retire after this season, his body is quite plainly fucked and I don't think anyone wants to see him regularly rocking up on Sponsors invites to shoot 78-NR every time.

I work with addicts of both alcohol and drugs on a pretty regular basis and in my experience the group of the most hardened, addicted alcoholics often get to a level where they simply cannot stop consuming alcohol, or they'll have severe withdrawal issues and in extreme cases, death. To suggest that they'll suddenly notice that shite cider is a bit dearer and give the local smack dealer a phone instead is as laughable as it is desperate.
