  1. Sorry if it's been posted previous, but just reading a quote from Roy McGregor in the P&J regarding the last SPL meeing he was at. "Every club representative left in the hope that the CVA would be reached between the club and it's creditors". The amount of bullshit coming out of Green/H&D's mouth at that meeting must have been epic.
  2. He's only the four years out with the Scotland vs France thing. Craigkillie will confirm. The rest of his "plea" -
  3. I think the thread should stay open but if it is to close on page 1690, I hope I'm in there! Reading this thread has, largely, been an absolute pleasure.
  4. I'd admit that there are decent people who are Rangers fans. I am close friends with a fair few. Nicer, more intelligent guys you couldn't meet anywhere. However, when it comes to matters Rangers, their arrogance and blinkeredness about all things "thepeepel" shines through as much as the next sport-sock-wearing-spearmint-chewngum-eating moron. Decent guys that support Rangers? I'd imagine they are plentiful. Decent Rangers supporters? Hmmmm.
  5. Not wishing to sound like the Cockwomble here, but is it not the case that once a company goes into admin they are, for want of a better phrase, "protected" from the creditors?
  6. Rapid Vienna seem to be under the impression that they can say no to the CVA, yet still get every penny owed to them. Very admirable but, erm - good luck with that! http://m.scotsman.com/sport/football/spl/rangers-administration-rapid-vienna-planning-to-reject-cva-proposal-1-2350099
  7. For those wondering where Chick Dung has been over the last few weeks, it's clear from that picture he's been moonlighting as a G4S employee.
  8. Not you HD! No, I'm talking about the alarming number of Sellik trolls that seem to have appeared on this thread in the last few days (and nights) or so.
  9. I enjoy working nights. It's not without its problems though, as it seems to be that through the night is when this thread is habitually populated by utter fucking cretins. Myself excepted, obviously.
  10. This Chris Brady guy who was on NewsNight Scotland must have been having a cheeky wee game of liquidation bingo going on. Managed to sneak in "this club is too big to fail". Also said that he would hate to be the guy in Glasgow that decides to liquidate the club and sell off the assets. What the f**k that has to do with anything, I don't know - if it's the right thing to do, then fear or shitty breeks shouldn't come in to it. Moron, frankly. Tracy however -
  11. Posting on my phone so unfortunately I can't bold the bits in your post that I'd like to. The first part though - are you referring to the contract that is in place just now? Or a mythical drastically reduced contract that Sky are going to offer if Rangers aren't in the SPL? If it's the former, then I assume that you're in the Andy Goram esque camp that thinks that there is a watertight demand for four OF fixtures - which is nonsense. If its the latter, then again, it's akin to the nonsense that the aforementioned Goram and that dunderheids like Chick Young have spouted for weeks. Where is the evidence that Sky are going to offer a shellacked contract, or indeed, pull out entirely? The rest of your post, as well as being horrendously difficult to understand, is conspiratorial nonsense.
  12. Can't remember where I read it, but I'm sure one of the Admins said this weekend, that Green had in excess of double the amount of money for the CVA pot to fund the club for the foreseeable future. Or something like that. Basically there's shitloads of money available to spend on the wages, and if it weren't for that pesky transfer embargo, they'd be wired into the transfer market like a tramp on chips.
  13. This is the pertinent word. The Daily Record isn't a newspaper. If it's truth and inciteful football analysis you want, you'd be as well reading the Beano.
  14. That was himself. He said that when all this started, he was so bitter that he thought "f**k you well then, send us doon to the third etc etc". Absolute slavering c**t of a man.
  15. I'm presuming, presuming of course, that they've put that Andy Goram interview in there purely for comedy value. The incoherent ramblings of an ex goalkeeper, self confessed ***, who is only fluent in Moron. Jesus fucking christalmighty.
  16. My fucking god - Chick Young saying "why on earth would Rangers present the documents that could kill them", Daly, Spence and Lamont jump down his throat about it being illegal not to etc, and Chick says "well, they can't show them if the documents are no longer there". Chick, carry on digging son, carry on digging!
  17. Loving the fact that there is nearly, so very nearly, a P&B's staple response in there - "failing miserably". David Grier = rattled. So, the CVA offer goes out today or Monday. What's the latest odds on how much the creditors be offered? 10p in the pound? Less?
  18. You've obviously not seen the Record in the last two days, what with John Brown's scouting exertions. Apparently the club are still a massive attraction to players around the world. Not since they stopped giving away tax free dough John. In other news, I'm really looking forward to Hateley's ramblings later today. That's usually a Friday is it not?
  19. My own club, unfortunately, has sailed far too close to the wind at times. At the time of our second admin, under the reign of Massone, there was a very real fear and more importantly a very real acknowledgment of the fact that the club could die. Within around a minute of the documentary starting last night, Sammy had stated that his club were "too big to die". I'm not for one minute going to decry anyone for loving their club, but it is that stinking attitude that appears to be all too prevalent within their support, which means they get f**k all sympathy from me.
  20. f**k me, he squirmed his way through the EBT question did he not? Did Paul Murray really just say that the board acted in a proper fashion?
  21. As has been mentioned before, cracking soundtrack. The Who, Big Country, and the magnificent opening of Elbow's The Fix when talking to Andrew Ellis. How apt!
