    Was stuck in the a9 snow for 2.5 hours just passed Dalwhinnie but have turned back. Horrendous conditions. The queue from where we were stuck was 6 miles and in front of us probably another 10 miles. A lot of people will be sleeping in their car tonight.

    Had a lovely Christmas with family. Chicken for dinner (don't like turkey) and homemade sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Very good. First Christmas I haven't been ill since 2017. A Christmas miracle.
