Agree completely. What have they got against him?
He's first choice with Annan at the moment. He's getting good competitive minutes, so I'm happy with that.

There is an age limit on Glasgow Cup.
Is it not the case that the age limit is only for the Old Firm?

Plainly a Morton baby!
Correct! The only ones in tears every week are the Morton fans whining that their "industrial" football is not seen as equivalent to Brazil 1970. They should just be happy that it's producing results rather than slating anyone who criticises it. I would have no problem in us playing like them if we were racking up the points.

Worst ever abusive tirade I have heard in 50+ years of following Clyde. Should have been lifted and rightly called out by actual decent people.
Putting myself in the firing line -
I used to go to Shawfield sometimes back in the day when QP weren't playing, and was quite shocked at the abuse fired out by the Clyde support to their own players, and that's when you were half decent. Worse still, it was seen as a bit of a laugh. I haven't heard this anywhere else to the same extent. I can't imagine giving some guy on rock bottom wages absolute pelters will help him be a lower league Messi.

QP(B) v Celtic B at Lesser @ 2...
Bit unfair for Celtic B to get home advantage.
Away goals count double!

Morton are a mob, pure and simple. That's not a criticism, just a fact and good luck to them. If we played that way and it was working, I wouldn't be bothered what anyone said. However, the referees have got to be up to it and yesterday's wasn't. He let too much go.
Anyway, a good point and another shut out with the defence doing the business against what is an effective outfit. We were leaking more than an incontinent's knickers six weeks ago and that's three shut outs in a row. We're back.

Is the bar open before the game for a beer
It is, but it's not particularly big unfortunately.
Feel free to fire ahead with all the innuendo.

Davidson will print this off on A3 paper and stick it up in the dressing room to spur the mighty QP on.

What can Sons fans expect this Saturday, a heavy police presence, dog handlers, a polis escort into NDP?
Keep out the bunkers and you should be ok.

Despite Morton's hugely impressive form, hopefully they are a bit knackered and I reckon we can tire them out on the magnificent green sward of Fortress Hampden. We looked good last week against a wonderful Pars team and the additional players have made what was a pretty threadbare and inexperienced pool much, much stronger.
Silky QP 2, the Greenock Chib Merchants 1.

You take your life in your hands when you visit Stranraer.
The last time QP were there, some young Stranraer "lads" were looking for trouble in the car park. One of the women who worked in the wee bar was heading home and told the top boy to get up the road or she'd be onto his mum to tell him what he was up to. He got up the road.

Every team plays the same number of home games of the course of a season, to be fair.
But, if I read this correctly, cash flow is the issue. Having a stack of games at the end of the year will be great for them. But not now.

A long run without any home games is always going to hit a club who relies on match day income hard.
But surely financial planning should be factoring in the possibility of postponements in Dec/Jan. It's also unlucky to have a run of 5 away games in a row but again these are the kind of things that should be planned for.
Between the two dates you have mentioned above, Pollok have added two new players to the wage bill, one of which would have included a transfer fee.
It looks like mismangement at the top is more of the story than not having home games.
I'm being serious; how is it you "plan" for surviving on one Saturday home game for months?

Three great goals. Shoutout to the Dunfermline player who tries to snap Dom in the middle of the park then has to watch as he sets up the third goal.
and Thomas celebrating that goal before the ball was even struck.

Our cunning plan didn't account for you changing manager.
I feel almost like you lot have cheated.
Game management, I believe they call it.
Far too much Pars negativity on this thread for me. Never a good sign.

What does this have to do with your nonsense assertion that you will have a 100% chance of getting scammed? There is a chance of getting scammed, but it's certainly nowhere near 100%.Will we settle on 90%?
Sending money to a totally random person on the internet for something with a high demand is mental.
Anyway, best of luck if you do.

That's patently false though too. There will be plenty of scammers out there, but also plenty of people who are genuinely trying to sell a ticket.
Provided they tell you they're a scammer, you'll be fine and you can avoid them.

The only stat you need re tickets being offered by random folk is that you have a 100% chance of losing your cash.

I had what was termed a "gourmet burger" from a van there at great expense, but it was the best thing I've ever eaten at a football game. On that basis, they are not tiny at all.
