  1. It was an excellent game, Whittlets were good but I think with chances created Arthurlie just deserved the win. Cracking game.
  2. Me and wee Tony are the Arthurlie Ultras Squad, he was grounded by his Mum and I don’t smoke so your at it, anymore slander me and wee Tony will see you in court.
  3. It’s vital for Arthurlie to have a link with the local youth set up, over the years a lot of Barrhead talent have went to Beith because of the Johnny Miller connection, but I think we have seen a change there recently. We now have a manager and team that will give young guys a chance.
  4. Your doing a brilliant job Stephen, keep it up [emoji106]
  5. Pretty much what Satori said, I seem to remember him losing the plot a few times in the dugout, but I think he admitted that himself, good luck to him, hopefully a good appointment for Fauldhouse.
  6. Whittlets beat Arthurlie twice last season and are a tough team to play against, with Forsyth coming back that gives them an extra edge. Arthurlie had their best performance against Shotts at home in a 3-0 win, we were excellent and Shotts had an off night, but I definitely expect them to be strong. For an outside bet Johnstone Burgh, good young team who I think will do well. I’ve not heard any of the names coming into Arthurlie, but have heard they are good players so hopefully we can gel quickly .
  7. Sounds promising, can’t wait to see who he brings in, hopefully the league structure gets sorted so we can have an idea of what’s happening next season.
  8. Neil Parry at Arthurlie was excellent, Craig Gordon that we have now is very good too.
  9. It will be interesting to see who St Cadocs bring in with Miller in charge.
  10. Ah right, I didn’t know he was still there, exciting times, I hope he has some good players lined up.
  11. Glad to have the guys, sound like they have good experience in the u21 game and the Glencairn u21 has produced some excellent players recently, I think it’s a vital market to tap into and these guys having good contacts and experience of working with youth, I’m excited about the future and new set up. Anyone know why Andy has only taken over now and not when the four other guys came in?
  12. You guys are killing me here [emoji23], I will just have to wait till they are signed. Excited about next season, hopeful we get it right this time.
  13. I agree, we need to find younger players coming through and already have some right good local talent in the team, plus I’m sure the new management team with have good contacts in and around Glasgow, so I’m confident they can build around the younger players we have and get a competitive team on the park.
  14. Well that sounds promising, as you say time will tell, but what a signing that would be.
  15. That’s what we are all thinking but as you say, no confirmation from the club, it’s a if they have forgot about it.
  16. Has it been confirmed who the manager is, the club statement is a bit vague and doesn’t tell us who is doing what. Pretty typical to be honest, support left guessing again.
  17. Fair enough, I don’t think we expect the lineups or anything, but it would be nice to know who we were playing.
  18. I’ve said it before the information towards the support from the club is shocking.
  19. Any info on the Friendly?
  20. Blantyre away now, I wasn’t at the recent game with them, but I heard they were very impressive.
  21. I think the only places we are strong are Keeper and centre mid. Wingers and strikers are good but could be improved, centre half and right back have needed improved for ages.
  22. Do we know which one of the new guys will be manager?
