  1. Strickland left whitburn the year they were relegated as was leiper who went to bathgate then us. Rural was at clyde. Ogilvie played under johnny harvey at berwick
  2. More to do with my predictive text. I have actually seen quite a bit of conference x this season boness athletic a few times. We have also played Oakley and Preston this season in friendlies this season and are good sides. Incase you hadn't noticed most or camelons squad this season came from lower leagues. Our top goalscorer came from kilsyth athletic who are now in wosfl division 4. Their is plenty of gems playing in leagues below and lewis payne was one of them.
  3. 1 league below is still a jump for them considering they usually sign established players.
  4. So we're we sitting 2nd at this point in the covid interrupted season. Lost 2-1 @ boness in December We were 5th when football was stopped in March. Docherty and stowe were out. So that means as much as that we were sitting 2nd after 3 games this season
  5. Yes but those teams u mentioned were at the same level as you at the time. But we took docherty youngsyer on loan from stenny then signed him permanent. The two connors were released by stirling albion both on loan at cumbernauld colts and ended up at us. Stowe wasn't anywhere came to us. Snedds was at falkirk juniors they then folded came to us. Theirs less of a risk when taking a player from the same league. That fauldhouse team also had colin allison and most of the former dunipace team under tubby harkins. Coops etc.
  6. Aye but your top level junior players are that because other teams took a chance on them. Ur 5 ex camelon players and bremner at newtongrange. Herdy gave boys a chance at camelon and in fairness had done again bringing Payne in from kennoway. Wouldn't have been very often the rose would have taken a chance on a lad from levels below
  7. better hope their is enough lateral flow tests. Surely over the top when the government advice is to test when u go anywhere.
  8. Not saying all but a fair chunk of them don't wear the mask. I have no problem with foreigners my ex was German but that is the reality
  9. They all also have lower vaccination rate than here. Have to point out working in a shop that a big number of Eastern Europeans don't wear a mask. At least 500 people will get into the games. Better than nothing
  10. Sky are no better saying in the headline fan free then in the first line saying 500 people allowed in
  11. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-53166816 For three weeks from 26 December, there will be limits on the size of public events. Those limits will be: Up to 100 people at indoor standing events Up to 200 people at indoor seated events Up to 500 people, either seated or standing, at outdoor events. This means the cancellation of large Hogmanay events, such as the famous celebrations in Edinburgh. Sporting events, such as football matches, will effectively be spectator-free.
  12. 500 fans still allowed so won't affect many at our level
  13. They would actually be better stopping it just now till end of January if its better start again. The league season could get finished because we would surely at worst be back by march
  14. It doesn't help when swinney was advising 50000 still to go to final tomorrow
  15. Agreed. If they locked down again their would be riots.
  16. Hardly 10 mins his ball in the box caused them the bother of getting it out and ants hit in. Well seems a good player for our level anyway
  17. Gribbs probably isn't the same player he was hut doing a job for us. Whos the player you taught
