  1. All those teams are still in the Scottish Cup being played this weekend. We also have a game versus Cowdenbeath outstanding however they play Ross County in another re-arranged match.
  2. Hopefully some very positive news coming out the club tomorrow or Saturday. COYB
  3. I could be wrong but doesn't Craig McPherson manage/train the U19s?
  4. Quite excited by some of the murmurs coming out regarding next years new shirt sponsor. I'd "bet" it will go down quite well with the masses. Will put us in the same league as some top English clubs I'd "wager".
  5. We should have done better yes. I don't believe it's just Pressley who has caused this though. He will go as a result though which is fairly justified. He wont be the only one out the door though. Oh and we didn't have the biggest budget, another OneF myth. It wasn't far away but certainly a good few hundred 000s less than our friends from Dundee. Next year we won't have either unless Uncle Sandy helps....again.
  6. I think anything other than promotion and we will see a new manager, especially for the following reasons; 1) Promotion was the clubs target 2) Pressleys contract is up at the season end, ie no compo required. 3) Supporter apathy is at an all time low 4) With the current man in place, ST sales will be massively down on next year. Unless an injection of feel good happens (ie a McCall type 02/03 impact) then the clubs resources will be VERY limited in the seasons ahead.
  7. I personally believe we'll see a forward and centre half in this week/before the window shuts.
  8. We already wasted 70k parting company with Eddie, let's not spend anymore topping up managers pension fund.
  9. I would agree for season 06/07 however otherwise we were a fairly predictable team with moments of genius. In the same mould as the Hearts game in October.
  10. There's little difference of play between that of Hughes, May or Elvis in my opinion. Boring, tippy tally, let's do 20 passes when 4 are all that's needed. Haven't been a real attacking sense since last year at Brockville. The Falkirk mantra these days is to try and score the perfect goal at all costs.
  11. I agree. Average ST sales at Brockville were around the 800 mark. I think unless we go up, we will be down to the 1000 mark being honest.
  12. This is going against the grain by the looks of it but if I'm honest, not much would stop me from going to the games, money and family commitments aside. I don't consider myself a happy clapper as such but whilst there's a team and a stadium in the town I'll go along regardless. We have been a yo yo team for as long as I can remember, I kinda expect the odd shite season (ie 1st div trips) but we usually bounce back. Just my opinion though....
  13. My wife gave birth to our first wee one on Wednesday 9/9/09. Jessica was born at 14.44 and both mum and baby are going fantastic. Completed Junior Bairns application already in the post. PROUD AS HELL RIGHT NOW. Ross
  14. Livi are playing Falkirk at the Bairnabau on Wednesday night at 7.30pm at a quickly arranged friendly. Adults £5 Kids Free
