People who take ages at cashline machines. You know the ones: take about 3 minutes plodding about deciding what to do, then when finally out pops the card, oh, in goes another one. Even some people just using the one card take an age, oblivious to the queue behind them. It takes me on average 20 seconds from the moment I put my card in to the moment I take money out. -
Arsenal did me out of 70 notes today, the gits.
