Have you asked them yet via an EGM and given them the two choices? You seem to think you are talking on behalf of every single club when in actual fact, you have no mandate to do so. Do the non-WRJFA clubs agree with your apprach re the Junior Cup, have you asked them? If clubs want to stay Junior then let them, if at a later date they then want to join the WoSFL then they can, just like in the east. Those dozen or so WL clubs in the ERJFA want to remain Junior, are you saying they should be denied that and forced to move into the EoS?

Without a doubt.

In times of crisis, you really get a measure of how much shit the Govt actually gives about it's citizens. They're off to a poor start. If they start bailing out big business whilst leaving cafe and pub owners to rot after hanging them out to dry tonight, the poor start will get worse.....

Nobody will be claiming back fees which could potentially put clubs under.

No true fan of a club will be demanding refunds which could harm the future of that club. Some will have to do the opposite and pay in a bit more to keep them afloat. Not sure what you're experience of cancelling your pay TV package has to do with this.

Maybe the SFA need to look at delaying licencing requirements for the time being to allow clubs breathing space, and divert funds as appropriate.

Glencairn have not yet met as a committee to decide what we are doing. You guys might now have to Google "Skype" in order to get a meeting organised

Why would I be entitled to a refund to a game that has been played? I'm not sure many fans will be requesting refunds on the balance of their ST.

Spot on. I think it's worth pointing out that people who have dealt first hand with Junior officialdom for years have alarm bells ringing with things that on the face of it might be a reasonable compromise to those who haven't. When you have the SJFA's only full time employee phoning clubs demanding to know who that person is on P&B, and demanding them be banned, or demanding posts be removed etc then you're a little wary of those kind of people being involved with the Pyramid.

That's just not practical. -

How long do you allow for the 2019-20 season to be finished? -
I see a 21 year old footballer in Malaga has died, believed to be the youngest victim in Europe so far. He was diagnosed with the virus and at that point they also diagnosed him with leukemia which he didn't know he had. There's no way we'll resume football until we can be sure we're over the worst of it, no football authority is going to take the risk.

Another issue is many players contracts expiring on 30th June, and players who have already signed contracts with new clubs for next season beginning 1st July. Clubs and players need some form of certainly over this season so they can plan and make decisions on signings and releasing players, also on player budgets.

Nope. -
My comments are now "snide"? thanks, but I won't bother going any further if that is your level of debate.

I would have thought it is for each individual league body to decide a course of action based upon their own set of circumstances. People musing on twitter about Leagues and Associations waiting for UEFA to tell them what to do, it's a bit of a cop out. -
I think what you have written and concluded is wrong, and there is pages and pages worth of debate on here for you to understand why. What isn't needed is playing the man instead of the ball. Disagree by all means, a great many people do, but try and keep it civil. We may have another 5 months without any football.
-
Is there really any need for that kind of attitude?
-
Try not to label people/clubs as petty and childish who hold a different view.

I'd hope that most clubs and players can come to a mutual agreement where necessary. It's all about keeping clubs afloat so there's clubs available for players to play for. We're in uncharted territory.

Marshy's got out of his bed and starting red dotting again. It really is worrying behaviour for a grown adult (well assuming he is) to engage in. What's he going to be 3 weeks in, frothing at the mouth?

There is a tweet from a Killie official saying football wont restart till September. Was just reading that. Season over, no relegation, no promotion, Scottish Cup Semis and Final from September onwards. Will be interesting if true, works for Killie and BBC Scotland.
