Hmm, Tansey is a victim of the ICT curse - guys leaving for more money and their careers stall/dwindle away. Not sure I'd like him back now. 31 and constantly injured.
Is White any use?

Paul Hecking5-1.

He’ll still sign for St Johnstone, they’re most likely be playing Rowan Vine publicly to get the wages down.

I know he was in our youth team that reached the semis of the Scottish Cup last season. Never played for our first team though
Came off the bench for us last night and looked decent for a young boy being chucked in at the deep end. Believe he’s a CB and got put out at RB.

We are linked with Pavol Safranko for a loan deal. His Danish club want to sell him if a loan was successful the Danish club would still have to pay a chunk of his wages . From D.R. Thought Goodwin in his Interview said he wants stability in the squad with much less loan deals ? Suppose it's only one.
Maybe you can clarify, as our resident ITK poster? Did you not mention something about a financial meltdown?

Anyone know much about Nick McAllister?

Fair play to this mob for ending up with less points than last season from an easier group. We allowed to be concerned yet?
Does anyone have Buddie Vision? Seemingly Goodwin made some suggestion yesterday that it's all very well Gus having a list of potential signings but he has to want them."Gus has a list of players and they can be good ones but I have to want the players as well" is the exact quote. Followed it with "we're working from a list that I've given to them and we're doing what we can to get those in."

Just you worry about Peterhead away.
Chronic patter. Your keeper is fucking gash.

Ramsbottom and McAllister are dugmeat.

Would’ve liked to have seen Tansey with another chance this season, but it looks like there’s something going on behind the scenes there that looks like it will negate any chance of us seeing him again.

It’s Hladky’s agent.

Djorkaeff signed.
Looked alright against StennyYep - looked pretty tidy despite being clattered early on.
Wouldn't think that central midfield would be a huge concern considering we don't have any wingers or a left back but certainly worth a punt on a one year deal. Would expect Verheyhdt to sign early next week and then a couple of full backs and wingers.

I thought Muzek was a bit shite anyway.

I hope we manage to sort a deal out for Popescu but there’s not a chance we should be spending a fortune on a permanent deal, far too risky. A cut price deal or another loan would be ideal although Bucharest might not be willing to play ball on that. At least we’ve still got Baird & Gary Mac.

Theres yer Fitzpatrick piling pressure on Goodwin with comments that'll be brought up for the entire season by the media now, and if it's a poor start, will see Goodwin under media pressure because hes expected to make the top half.
Clueless why nobody at your club tells him to stay quiet
Fitzy got on really well with previous managers despite "piling pressure" on the likes of Jack Ross and Oran Kearney. JR still speaks to him on a regular basis and Kearney continually thanked him throughout his time here (and again on his leaving statement this week).
Tony speaks the truth, there is absolutely no reason why we should not be aiming as high as we can when fellow diddies have punched above their weight for years.

Great appointment, hopefully Popescu to follow..

Bizarre that Popescu is back for despite not actually signing yet, even if his loan contract "expires at the end of the month". I'd imagine if that is the case, the likes of Nazon, Lyons, McAllister, Corbu etc would also be back for a week.
Would be some signing if it goes ahead.

Seems Dean Lyness is coming back to us as backup to Hladky - was he any use for you? Seemed quite competent in the handful of games he played for us..

Getting a first managerial gig at a top flight level club with solid foundations and great support from boardroom level would be pretty attractive to most aspiring managers, imo. You could go chasing money/a higher profile start elsewhere but then in all likelihood end up having a stint akin to Frank De Boer's few weeks at Palace.
Frank de Boer spent several years at Ajax before going to Palace. Bizarre comparison.

Dundee have just been flapping throughout the whole window, panic buying just about anyone available.
We’ve revamped Stubbs mess accordingly and a striker to complement Jackson is the missing piece of the puzzle. I think we’ll be absolutely fine.
