  1. We were close to going bust, but that never happened. Thanks for asking.
  2. Don't mention budgets on a Rovers thread. They get a tad stroppy......
  3. Of course I do I'm 52! Andy Smith scored a barrowload of goals for us after being a total cock and a snake for Airdrie. Brian Graham however, is a total cock and a snake that has never scored a single goal for us.
  4. I was really chuffed with that performance today. It wasn't a game where we had it all our own way by any means but we dug a point out against a solid team. Could've easily have both won and lost it. I really can't stand Brian Graham. I used to say I'd have him in my team but all the shite that he does other than scoring a few goals......nah f**k him
  5. Boring mid-table finish please. Couldn't handle the possibility of losing to thon cartoon mob 7 times in one season.
  6. Will probably sign for Raith. Cartoons.......ready!
  7. Won't be needing a helluva lot of Brasso for that?
  8. If we can get Kane up front and Friday night Jak alongside KRH and Matty Todd I'd feel fairly confident about getting at least a point on Saturday. Or we could still get pumped.
  9. Correct.....and also the ridiculous notion that this will "motivate the Raith squad even further"
  10. ......with great success & no need for any childish cartoons. They've got to be applauded for that surely?
  11. What a bizarre statement. United can do what they want. Its their ground. Why would they ever want to give you any sort of advantage in such a big game? However I'd remind you of April 96 when we went up there on the 2nd last day of the season for the title decider. They rammed us in the rickety old stand hoping it would silence us. It didn't. It had the exact opposite effect. We won 1-0.
  12. Having seen both teams recently you guys look more than capable.
  13. That'll look good in the trophy cabinet at the end of the season right enough......
  14. You can tart it up all you want. After Friday night that was definitely a missed opportunity. You might not get another.
  15. Tremendous performance and result. I was never not going to go last night but wasn't exactly fired up for it but with the Pars you just never know. There's always a game like that waiting to surprise us and I think that's why we put up with getting horsed off Morton and the like.... So many good performances but the defence played really well, didn't give them a sniff for an hour which allowed us to build a healthy lead. For me the clear MOM was Jakubiak. He was outstanding up front. Not the tallest but he was so good at taking difficult balls in, turning and running at them. Brilliant to see. Hopefully the squad gets a big lift from that and really kicks on now.
