    Took it at the NRNB stage, so will get my money back. Just need to find something else to go with.

    Im thinking of going for "LOUGH DERG" instead, for the CORAL CUP, which takes place on the Wednesday, thinks it's about 12/1 at present.

    I'm sure Lough Derg is missing the festival to go straight to Aintree, where i'll be on (don't quote me though).

    Noticed Nicanor is running on sunday at Punchestown, this is the only horse to defeat Denman over hurdles. It hasn't run for nearly 900 days,and is entered in the big grade 1 novice chase. If it runs well it would significantly shorten for Cheltenham, if even entered. Anybody any info on the horse?

    Denman was the winner of the worst Gold Cup in years last year and was shown up today for what he is-A very good handicapper. Anyone betting any of the three Nicholls horses at top of market at 6/1 or shorter needs their head read in my opinion. I just wish Hen Knight wasnt such a scardy cat as Calgary Bay would eat these for breakfast. Will definetly win next seasons gold cup easily.

    Oh dear :rolleyes:, I like Calgary Bay I have him backed at a nice price for the Arkle and I know he will improve over further as he gets older. But you have just dismissed a horse which has lost once and defeated the great Kauto in the worst gold cup :lol: in years.I'm sure everyone else thats seen Denmans arse thinks he's shite as well. Calgary Bay :lol:

    What's everyone's thoughts on Denman guys? when I heard about his heart condition at the beginning of the season I backed Exotic Dancer ante-post at 33/1 for the Gold Cup. Reason being that I thought at that price it was worth chancing each-way. He's as short as 14s now.

    Don't get me wrong, a fully fit Denman/Kauto beats Exotic Dancer everytime but would be interested to hear vies on todays race because I was at Fir Park.

    Silvio he's now 4/1 which i think is knee jerk, Nicholls didn't enter the horse at Kempton today it was Newbury and we all know that's why they swerve the King George. You could say he never jumped a fence today but still finished runner up, horses for courses and also given the lay off there's a bit to work on.I'm going to give it a few days to make sure the beast is okay, then I'll have a sizeable single on for the Gold cup (hoping for soft) ;)

    I used to be half decent, but I started to pull my darts very badly everyone told me not to think about it but it's terrible and gets inside your head. Now when i play i just can't relax at all :(
