The key to Barney's return to form is Sylvia. Getting his hole on a regular basis when away on the tour seems to be doing wonders for his mental psyche.

Quality night of darts, compared to yesterday which was fuckin horrible. Barney in top form, Ando playing extremely well too. Haavisto played cracking darts too and took out some cracking checkouts under pressure. That game was just fucking gravy to watch, two fast players scoring heavily. Compare that to shite like Justin Pipe. Haavisto would have beaten the vast majority of seeds playing like that. Theres been some real muck performances amongst them, a shame he got drawn with one as strong as Anderson. Anderson is looking dangerous as f**k just now by the way and is a legit contender with Taylor in the other half. He'll give everyone a game bar Taylor, cause hes so deep in the back pocket. He even was bigging up Taylor there in the interview. Just hope that Haavisto can do more of the tour and doesn't disappear into the sunset due to a lack of finance.

Ovens for my money has had one good performance at the UK Open, made the semis and pushed Taylor. Hes had a couple of jammy draws too and when I was there this year he was rubbish but was lucky enough to avoid playing on the stage until he met another jobber in Caven, then Taylor thrashed him. Heres his WC record btw, its rubbish. 6 grand for a first round loser, decent dough even for just getting pumped in round 1. The BDO jobbers on the other hand have to trawl every shithole in Europe to get to Lakeshite for a pork chop in a field with half the number of places.

The lads definitely earned his chow mein tonight. Darts has went as far as it can in the UK, PDC deserve a ton of credit for attempting to branch out.

Hopp could give Lewis a game in round 2. Denis Ovens wouldn't even give me a game, worst seed in the tournament.

Game petered out after Vos bottled those two darts at D4. Can't see him qualifying next year if Kist or Harms move to the PDC and heck even paedo darter starts playing again in the PDC.

This game is simmering nicely.

Vos was absolutely rank rotten against Chizzy at the Euros, to be fair to him, hes upped his standard a fair bit from that disaster.

Fatboy lager Lewis needs a toe up the hole. Averaging in the 70s.

Vos has thrown better in this leg than he has thrown in all his other tv appearances combined.

Gino the gomy looking jobber will pose no threat to Lewis.

Very solid darts from Thornton. Caris looking like a total jobber as usual.
