  1. The usual SFA idea of a showpiece. Arsehole "celebrities" making fools of themselves. And billiard balls rattling around in what sounded like a tin can. Anyway, just s shite draw.
  2. It's how its pronounced in Dundeh, but maybe a Tayside thing in general.
  3. We're very likely to be drawn away to the Highlands as per normal, especially Kessock or Dingwall where we'll get humped.
  4. The better Juniors are no pushover on their own pitch, they dont give an inch.
  5. I think Gordon Dalziel is near the top, almost in the Locke bracket. He knew next to nothing about the valuation of players and was tactically inept. One of our best ever strikers, but a managerial disaster.
  6. Might seem odd but I dont like to see East Fife on the end of these results. However, f**k the Pars!
  7. Indeed. As McGlynn said in his interview its a pleasant change for us to have a bit of luck for once.
  8. He's been a bit of a disappointment in my opinion too. There was a flash of the old Armstrong in the first half today in their penalty box but that was about it. I saw Bene (I think) bawling at him too.
  9. With both Hendry and Spencer out we'll be a bit depleted on the creativity side, which is a big part of our game. This game could be a slogging match.
  10. A few weeks ago I had Peterhead favourites for the drop. But I've been impressed with your latest results and today I would say that that's the best display of any team at Stark's this season by a mile, even Dundee in the League Cup.
  11. To tell you the truth I've hardly seen Tait. I'm just of the opinion that he couldnt do much worse than what we saw today, so I think it's fair to give him a chance. I think the defence only just managed to hold out today, with a doze of luck but I'd keep them as was - I dont see Forfar being as adventurous as Peterhead. The forward line should be fine too, if we can get a more mobile midfield. I saw Joao warming up so he looks like he might be in contention for the bench at least.
  12. Ta. I found this on Twitter: The draw for the Fourth Round of the @WilliamHill Scottish Cup will take place on @BBCScotland's Sportscene tomorrow evening. Sportscene begins at 7.15pm
  13. Im not a fan of Allan in the slightest but it's evident he's not fit. Should have brought ando on at ht and kept baird on. Doesn't even need to be considered a tait love in to realise he's the only other cm we actually have available for Tuesday. Plus he's looked good enough when given a chance. Yea I agree with that. Whatever, we're forced into changes with Davo and Spencer out for Tuesday, but we definitely need to change it anyway.
  14. Dingwall and Davo were mince. Davo is out, and I'd drop Dingwall back to the bench. It's not a Tait love in, its just that we need to do something he'll bring some energy and enthusiasm to that turgid stuff we saw today. Alan too was shite. PS I'd even have Grant in a forward midfield role from the start.
  15. Queen's Park are in SPFL 2 of course. When's the draw?
  16. Smith, Watson, tait, probably forgetting someone. Wouldn't be going down that route for a league game though! Would rather we had done that today. Yes you wouldnt normally but we're short and its hard to see it being worse than that midfield ineptitude today.
  17. Admittedly. he was played out of position, but thankfully he wont be played there on Tuesday.
  18. But your a massive club? Quote Falkingham. He's now with another massive club, Harrogate Town...
  19. We need to drop some of these jobbers for Tuesday and take a gamble with youth. Thankfully Davo's banned, he was shite today.
  20. that was in the last century. Kirkcaldy was civilised when the Methil area was populated by savage tribes. wait a minute , its still populated by savage tribes...
  21. It looks like we might need the same level of luck against Forfar on Tuesday, our midfield today was posted missing and we'll have Spencer out. Dingwall and Alan offered very little.
