Well done QP. Watched the highlights: thought Thistle were the better team to start with and should have been ahead, but never a penalty IMO - and a booking for the defender! - WTF. Never a 4-0 game but glad the Spiders won. Hope we give Thistle a doing next week. As for us, sorry we couldn't beat that Highland mob, we had 23 shots to their 3 and could still only draw - thaht's how it always goes for us against them.

I think all IM's defensive signings have turned out to be good, being an ex international defender you'd expect that but his evaluation of strikers doesn't seem to have matched that. Maybe he'll prove himself right and Connell and Fred will maybe somehow turn to gold. We'll need goals for the Thistle game, they're likely to score against us and we can't keep relying on Stanton to do the strikers' job.

Since we came up I haven't seen a game where we've been inferior. In fact we've dominated some of these games only to be undone with incompetent referees, needless penalties and freak goals.
