Its because of possible pathogens in the eggs. Its salmonella & another one that I cant remember the name of at the moment. Chilling eggs increases the chance of the egg being contaminated with salmonella or the other one I cant remember. Keeping the eggs at room temperature reduces the chances of the 'other' pathogen.

Its not that I dont care, im not that bad a b*****d. I dont just want to leave her and forget about it. But a visit is a 40 mile trip for me and I cant afford the fuel costs for that trip to be happening on a regular basis for one! Think I might try and catch the nurses. Its not like I am wanting to talk about her medical services so hopefully they will be up for a chat.

I am trying to distance myself from her already. Making the time between visits longer! But she is needing someone there more often. I dont see myself as being the one who should be approaching the subject of her getting help/moving to somewhere easier to keep. She has a grandson she rarely sees, maybe gets a phonecall now and again. She has nurses weekly. I dont see why I should be the one to take this on. I was thinking today about maybe contacting and trying to have a chat with the nurses and see their views. She may have mentioned to them I visit occasionally but I dont see myself as being someone responsible and see the nurses as having more of a role on this and ultimately, it should be the grandson if he got off his arse. I will ponder over it for a few I think.

She wanted me to get her some shoping. Not a problem at all. She said she had made out a shopping list but couldn't find it. If she took this same bit of paper out of her purse once more looking for this shopping list I was gonna fucking bludgeon her to death! She has a district nurse type person that visits her regularly, surely they should be noticing this kind of shit and looking into contacting family?! Im getting to the point where I am thinking I have to wash my hands of her. Its gonna be that I am gonna have to go out there more often than I currently am and I'm not sure I am prepared to do it sounds crap I know, but she isnt my responsibilty!!
