  1. I don't get how anyone can argue it wasn't a red card. Its about as stonewall a red card you'll see.
  2. And this is why I'd rather have folk f**k about with stupid lines for a couple of minutes to at least get the right decision, instead of trying to rush it. What a monumental f**k up. Ideally there wouldn't be any VAR at all but it's here to stay.
  3. Nice to extend our lead in 2nd place, other than that, it was a terrible game. Take the point each and promise to never discuss this match again
  4. He had his arms up way too high for my liking. Not a penalty but could easily have been, suppose its like every incident in the penalty area but still, shouldn't have had his arms up like that.
  5. Dunne and Hemming made an arse of that. We scored from our first decent bit of link up play, again Tanser being involved with our goal, looked to have woken us up and Killie lost a bit of confidence, then they came back into it. Definitely not a classic and not much football has been played so far.
  6. Motherwell remind me of ourselves under Goodwin. Really solid at the back, talented midfield, creating chances but lacking the striker to put them away. That pitch looks spectacular, it has to be said
  7. Aye, the conversation him and Bobby had on their wee trip to the lake pretty much said the same thing. You don't hear it coming, it just goes black and silent ect. He copped it imo but the beauty of the ending is you can believe whatever you want to believe happened, there is no right or wrong. He could have went up the road and lived for another how many years. I've watched it through so many times now, I don't think Ralph Cifaretto can be topped, what a character. The gladiator thing always cracks me up.
  8. I think we beat Aberdeen 1-0 a couple of years ago early on in the season. McInnes changed a lot of the team because they were in europe. That was the first and only time I'm sure. Ironic as he is a Paisley man I'm sure .
  9. Baccus should have started, that much is obvious. We need to give Hibs credit too, going forward they have excellent options. Annoyed? Yeah, was a a decent chance to get to Hampden but Hibs seemed to have turned a corner under the new manager. I don't think we played at our full capability either but I can't be too angry at the manager or players who have performed beyond expectations so early in the season. We can't and won't win every game, and as the Motherwell fans said, it's only the diddy cup anyway .
  10. Going by the 3 games against Killie last season I couldn't believe your league position. I thought Derek had signed well in the summer, obviously 2 huge wins against the bigoted arseholes. Is it a case of a bit like ourselves last season, play better when teams come on to you and catch them on the counter? Your defence looks solid, Armstrong is a pain in the arse to play against, Kennedy when fit and firing is a capable player. I thought it would be scoring goals that would be your issue this season. How has Magennis been? Hopefully over his injuries issues.
  11. p***k Walsh on VAR at ibrox. You couldn't write this. Scotty Tanser btw
  12. Aye, also it wasn't even that high, the Hearts player went in low to head the ball and as you say, he missed it completely. Not as bad a call as the other disallowed goals but still one we can be a bit cheesed at. Had Hearts scored a late equaliser we'd all be going ape shit right now. Was there enough evidence to even say Greive was offside? They have totally guessed where his foot would be.
  13. Nearly every single one of us to be fair. We had also written off Greive and big Olusanya.
  14. f**k, not long till they financial meltdown rumours come about again . Only kidding, happy birthday boom boom . He is a jambo isn't he? But supports us against them?
  15. The longer this goes on the more we get underestimated, we are taking it every week. We may be a raging fan base but at least we aren't nazi scum.
  16. No wonder Shankland keeps falling over with the size of that fucking dome. Surprised his arse doesn't balance it out though. Anyway we made hard work of that. Should have been out of sight. Another stunning 3 points though. Hemming
  17. It was a bit of a smash and grab from us, mainly because Motherwell missed some really good chances, I think Hemming only made one really good save that he put onto the bar that I can remember. We still forced forced Kelly into a couple of smart saves too and Olusanya would have scored a 2nd if it wasn't for a brilliant block, so it wasn't as much of a smash and grab as say Motherwell's 1-0 in Paisley last season when yous scored the penalty and Liam Kelly turned into superman on speed. Both teams tried to play football at times, we were better in the first half at that and went more direct in the 2nd half. Motherwell just lacked a Sutton or Higdon type yesterday, Shaw could and probably should have had a double. Had Motherwell got a point I don't think anyone on here could have argued with that result but we managed the game a bit better than when we were 2-0 up at Easter Road and against Dundee. I don't expect Motherwell to be in any sort of trouble and I'd hope we won't be either, for your sanity you lot need to finish above us this season .
  18. Aberdeen's European adventure looks like an absolute hindrance to them just now. Great for the fans and their coffers mind you.
  19. Don't get me wrong, I'm definitely not sticking up for him and he appears to have done this now at ourselves and United with some players. You don't go from losing to well, you know the games, to then miraculously turn into a team that managed to finish 3rd unless the players had chucked it.
  20. How many of the same players are left that threw Goodwin under the bus for his last few games? Interesting to see how yous cope with the Thursday-Sunday games coming up as well.
  21. Another tight match, not much between the teams, on the balance of chances Motherwell should have taken at least a point. Delighted is an understatement. What a finish from our best player so far this season, albeit I thought he was really poor in the first half.
