  1. The big announcement was the management team signing contract extensions. Wanted it to be about another signing or two on the playing side
  2. So getting back to the team do us anyone think we will add players in January. So far only two rumours. Declan McManus and a Loan return for Connor McGrandles
  3. Fairly Mobile with a good passing range can shoot for distance and fairly good in the air can play either as a CH or a holding CMid he can tackle and is very commited 150K or there abouts would probably tempt the board. But the scuttlebutt is he is very settled at Falkirk after they gave him a break in football
  4. Or refuse to sell him he has a dip in form/Bad injury and his value plumments. Its all about risk and our board have a twice bitten attitude at the moment. Wether you like it or not 500K with add ons or 750K with add ons is good business as the amounts being paid for young players outside the EPL and Championship is beginning to drop
  5. Walk down and stand at the fence you will see it all
  6. Its going to be Houston and Moss both at Celtic know each other and have ties to the club and have the backing of a majority of the fans. That said would Houstie want Moss as his number 2 and would Moss accept that role ???
  7. Nothing I just feel he we really need experience in goals there is a reason Keepers play far longer than most other players. And that is they seem to really reach there best in the mid to late twenties.
  8. I still think we need to add a striker and a Half decent 2nd Choice keeper but i would settle for the former over the latter.
  9. I disagree I think we voted No the statement can be read either way but leans slightly more towards a No vote. However I think most of us will have to agree to disagree as the board for better or worse have decide to keep their vote in-house as is there right. Now onwards Falkirk 3 - Stirling Albion 0 tomorrow with Taylor (2) and Leahy the scorers
  10. "Cowardice asks the question, 'Is it safe?' Expediency asks the question, 'Is it politic?' Vanity asks the question, 'Is it popular?' But, conscience asks the question, 'Is it right?' And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular, but one must take it because one's conscience tells one that it is right...

  11. Falkirk, Dunfermline,Raith Rovers, Morton, Peterhead, Annan are all definate No votes for Newco in the SFL 1 is there anyone I have missed out. Longmuir really needs to see that when three of the larger clubs in the 1st are lining up together he is flogging a dead donkey.
  12. Newco will have to either release or offer better/similar or reduced contracts to some if not all the Oldco's players. The players have the legal right to refuse these contracts Mr Green has some pretty naff lawyers if he has been told anything else. As to Mcgregor Top of the Championship lower end of the premiership at best because of attitude rather than ability.
  13. What is clear is that a legal challange could be mounted by the SFL a club or clubs if the SPL instate TRFc straight back into the SPL there by blocking promotion from the SFL Div 1 down to SFL Div 3. -
  14. Whttp://www.yesscotland.net/declaration?recruiter_id=3778hat's on your mind?

  15. Here is the link to Mr Traynor's latest bout ofl literary runs http://blogs.dailyrecord.co.uk/jimtraynor/2012/06/sfa-need-solution-that-punishe.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+TheDailyRecord%2FJimTraynor+%28The+Daily+Record+-+Jim+Traynor%29
  16. If the SPL really want to keep everyone happy they should make Rangers play the first half of the seasons home game behind closed doors. Impose the six months transfer embargo and suspend Rangers from the SC for 5 years.
  17. To all those young ones the book you want for this quote is Julius Caeser As for Rangers being in the 3rd not going to happen to many vested interests in the SPhell
  18. Criticism is something we can avoid easily by saying nothing, doing nothing and being nothing. - Aristotle
