Although the multi club aspect is good or bad they are getting "Expertise" And it should be noted that the Hibs fans shareholding group did not vote for the investment.

The club has annual turnover of more than 3x that amount. Maybe issue ~10% new shares for that kind of investment. That isn't even close to a game changing sum of money.
