When Celtic are gifted 2 goals and a penalty what chance do you have?
You've only got yourselves to blame for the second

Ignoring the refereeing, Jota is the best player in the country by a mile. No-one's given Devlin a lot of difficulty all season, and Jota's causing him problems every single time.
We're still in this. We can score from set pieces, on another day Obileye has 2 already.
Agreed, he looks like a player that could easily play at a higher level.

Don’t think it was a penalty tbh. Refs don’t usually give the ones that hit the arm when playing is on the ground/sliding.
The corner decision is just terrible as well from the linesman. Just totally guessed.
To think you’ll have Celtic fans who will swear blind that refs are out to get them…
Any suggestion that the defender thought...I'll plant my hand on the ground in an attempt to make myself bigger therefore reducing the chances of a goal bound shot hitting the target is pure insanity.

Have a penalty, have a corner, come on you boys in green

This can't be right. I was informed that those two clubs despise each other.
They're not playing the old Rangers. Sevco are a completely separate entity

the Scottish Cup Final run was a complete fluke. Our top scorer on the run was O.G.

No one saw this coming but you never know...Dundee need a spark from somewhere and this could yet end up as a masterstroke

Are you old enough to remember Morten in the top league?
I've been hunting high and low for proof.

I've got a feeling this could be Motherwell's year AND you could get 2 premier league managers sacked within the space of a month

Took a while after the Meekings incident but we can finally agree that these decisions eventually even themselves out

You mean rightfully pointing out a player was being bribed
6 minutes ago, Ric said:You know how it goes, we had a Celtic crest on the stadium for a few games, while we were paid handsomely for it.
'Bribed' you might say

I'd like to hear more about why Ross is a good choice. It does seem he was popular with the players, but Hibs were poor latterly under him.
It surely needs to be Goodwin. A charismatic guy who has his team playing above themselves right now. I mean that respectfully as they've started with a lot of younger lads with little experience.
Feels like Goodwin's been a manager for two minutes and he'll never get a better chance to finish top 6 with St Mirren imo, that would be good for his c.v.

Sounds like what the Dons need is Malky Mackay
Dread to think what he says about Aberdonians within the confines of the group chat...

Going further afield the obvious target would be Kjetil Knutsen of Bodo Glimt - a nothing team who have achieved back to back titles in Norway and still in Europe after Christmas and face Celtic in the UEFA Conference knock out stages. Absolutely thrashed Roma in the group stage. Have also sold players for good money to Germany and Italy but have so far managed to obtain suitable replacements.
That sounds impressive, surely he'll be hoping for a better gig than Pittodrie?

Worth pointing out that Hibs in 2014 at end of January had 28 points, Partick in 11th had 21 points. Aberdeen have 29 points and Dundee in 11th have 21... Not impossible mind.
Must be a good time to discuss the merits of league reconstruction...?

FTFY, your club has been a joke for decades David,Milne was better at building houses than a club now you have this guy.
At least 25 years behind the rest of the clubs in the league on and off the park.
Ha Ha, no idea why people keep labelling you as a walloper with this kind of insightful and credible post

As much as I had little time for McInnes he had them regularly in top 4 positions and European football but they wanted more!!
McInnes's biggest problem was that he maintained high standards for so long that fans started to believe it was easy and that almost ANYONE could achieve it.

The only way that level of boring domination stops is more equitable income distribution. If we had a 10-2 voting structure we could rule that ticket sales from all league games are put into a pot and split evenly among the 12 clubs regardless of home attendance, for example. The 2012 boat for that kind of change has long sailed thanks to Aberdeen and Stewart Milne. We will now forever have 11-1 and there's no way either of them will ever agree to that, and understandably so.
Not changing that rule is 'possibly' the worst thing to have happened in Scottish football in my lifetime

But I'm not arguing there is no potential for it to be a disaster. I'm arguing that it is not a disaster yet. I think any Rangers fan would tell you that things haven't been good enough in our recent form and we do need to improve significantly, but let's not pretend we were flying under Gerrard this season. We conceded the first goal in a ridiculous number of games and had to scrap to salvage as many points as possible.
1 point behind at the beginning of February is not a disaster. Losing the league and the ultimate CL windfall that goes with it, would be. I'm not sure what there is to disagree with in what I'm saying.
It's fair to say that this particular fixture has a tendency to lead to wild over-reactions (on how good / bad players or coaches are)

O’Riley looks to be some signing. Strolled it tonight.
Sure and steady but didn't really have any influence on the match. Greg Taylor deserves much more credit than he gets
