Rovers better in the second half. Other than the goal Airdrie didn’t really test Dabrowski at all. But no complaints. We were poor. But Airdrie controlling most the game is pure tinted specs stuff.

Least Hamilton is off the mark though. But definitely on showings so far, probably should have couple more of his efforts hit the back of the net. It’s actually mental how many formations and systems we can actually utilise with the forwards we have at our disposal. Having all these options and being able to change up the way we play (even throughout matches) will keep the opposition constantly guessing.

Not sure if it has been mentioned earlier, but one of the things that noticed was that Mcpake had spoke highly of Vaughan before the game. Clearly he thought he would start and maybe had a wee game plan to nullify him. So Murray just left him on the bench instead. Refreshing to have Vaughan, Gullan, Easton and Ross all available to come off the bench. It is definitely the best squad that’s been assembled for a long time. Still have Connolly to come back too, and to a lesser extent Ross Matthews. Not sure still on his time frame for return.

Was thinking about this today. Probably the worst Tifo I’ve ever seen at a match. Closely followed by that one in the Ramsdens final that The Rangers fans produced. Absolute shite.

I just feel sorry for some you Pars fans on here for never really being able to celebrate a cup final win in your lifetime. Must be shite. Couple of day outs in finals mind you, but always ending up in defeat…. I guess beating both sides of old firm in cup finals isint for everyone….
