It really is. Only Arbroath have scored fewer goals, albeit only three fewer and they are 15 points behind us.
Every single one of our defeats in the league this season, bar the 2-0 loss to Airdrie in January, has been by a single goal. Only Morton have had more 0-0 draws (five to our four, Queens Park have also had four).
If you look at almost every other league, teams who have a similar defensive record to us are usually challanging at the top of the league - in the Premiership only the top four have defensive records as good, in our league only the top team, in League One and Two only the top two.
It's a testament to how utterly toothless we have been all season, completely lacking in goal threat.
Basically opposite to us, with 99% of our league wins decided by a single goal. Our defensive record is one of the poorest though. Funny old game.

That's a good introduction into hoping others wish you happy birthday...so happy birthday. Less ranting at referees in your upcoming years?
Why thank you. Ranting at referees? No idea what you’re on about!

14 years to the day since we lost in the Semi final of the Scottish cup. Only really remember because it’s my birthday.

The sales of our Doner Kebab pies should be enough to get Frizzell, and possibly Mason Hancock for next season.

So predictable. Murray schooled again. The quicker we get rid of him the better. The worst second place side I've ever seen.
If you won the lottery you’d definitely fucking moan that it wasn’t more wouldn’t you?

I’m surprised due to operational issues that there will even be a kiosk provided for away fans….

Still got Morton and Airdrie????
After United at Tannadice we’ve got 3 home games in a week. I think after that week we’ll have a decent indication on how the season will end.

It was in your hands when we gave you a free hit at the DABs with a 0-0 up there, then again on Friday. The free hits have now ran out I think. May well be the case you've had your shot at the title, can't see you winning up there again and racking up enough points now.
Aye it’s a shame we don’t play the Pars again….

I mean, could have just brought back Ross Millen?

Ah ok, so Hosler and Todd making the difference. Fair play. (Not against us thankfully )

Heart in the mouth stuff when Graham’s header came off the top of the bar late on as well as the last minute header back off the post. Phew. When your lucks in, it’s in.
Great defensive performance last night. Nice to see some steel about us and responding excellently after the Arbroath disaster. We’re still here United….

The best view I’ve ever seen of Kirkcaldy was in my rear view mirror at 80 MPH.
Especially this seasonWell when you put it that way….

Because it’s generally the quickest way to get to the ground if you’re down the High Street beforehand, and for 16 home games out of 18 doesn’t have any bother whatsoever.
We usually walk along the Links, but last few games we’ve walked up and along Milton Road from the high street. Apart from coming back on yourself it roughly takes the same amount of time as it does walking along Links Street. Plus it’s a much more pleasant walk on the eye.

9 games now without a win and still third in this bonkers league. With our injury list piling up I can't see anything other than a lucky ,scrappy point on Tuesday night .
Who is all injured then? No doubt some will make a miraculous recovery come Tuesday.

He left us to sign for you guys. All bets are off when that happens.
Same with the likes of Nisbet. I refuse to support Scotland if he gets on the pitch.
I can never tell if you are genuinely being serious or not. Incredible take.

You could argue that Murray was actually justified with his starting line up, because we were 2-0 up and cruising. However game management from Murray coupled with the players just shitting themselves resulted in defeat. But overall results over the weekend weren’t season defining and we’ve got 10 games left to go for it.
If we’re still only a maximum of 3 points behind United say before we go to Tannadice then I’d be happy with that. Anything closer to them will be a bonus.

Rovers eh?

Great to record a shut out, especially with Morton getting it into our box relentlessly.
Frustratingly though, we weren’t able to achieve any real effort at the other end. Really, really turgid affair with little quality. Not what we’ve been used to this season anyway
A missed opportunity too given the result up in Dundee….
A chance to go top on Friday again though.

IM said that best case scenario we were looking at 3-4 weeks and worst case, it would be end of season so they need to wait on the scan results to know for sure. Hopefully we get those back soon so that if it is longer term, there is still a day or two to get someone in if available
We’ve used all our loans I think?

Ah yeah, I suppose those recent clean sheets have propelled us up a fair bit. Prior to those games, I’m sure we were like joint bottom for goals conceded.
