I stopped wathcing Neighbours because it made me genuinly angry such was the appalling jism on show. From these posts I seems that I was correct and can look forward to at least another ten years of life. I also see that the main culprits are still comming atrocities for the small screen. Apparently the main event on Smackdown will be Punk/Hardy for the title in a steel cage match.

I caught two minutes of Impace on Saturday night when round at the girlfriend's house. They were interviewing Bobby Lashley and they were talking about him fighting Kurt Angle. Basically they said it would be great because it would be one of the greatest wrestlers taking on one of the greatest MMA fighters. Hasn't he only had a couple of fights? Why do they feel the need to always exaggerate to such a ridiculous degree?

2000 may have been the best year for WWF PPVs. I recall Backlash 2000 was decent but had an immense main event with Austin annihilating everyone with a steel chair and the Rock winning. Absolutely massive pops when Austin comes out and when the Rock wins the title. And a great build up to it as well if I recall. That's one thing the WWF has always been at is the videos before these sorts of matches that wrap up everything that has lead to it. Was just reading in this month's FSM that Mr Kennedy (Kennedy!) has been fired my the WWE. Pretty shocked about that as I reckon he had what it took to be a top player and could have brought some much needed freshness to the title scence. How long till he's in TNA you reckon? Also read that TNA have hired Elijah Burke, Raven, Victoria and Shane Douglas.

TNA just seem to be trying to replicate the successes of the 90's in WCW and the WWF. The Main Event Mafia?! Awful! They even had an episode of Impact that was taken over by the MEM. The exact same thing happened with the nWO on a Nitro episode once.

I've not seen the Zeke incident since I've stopped watching Neighbours as it's become so bad, but Libby's husband Drew died after falling onto his back off a horse from a height of about 2cm. The horse did not land on him. I've fallen out of trees higher than that and been fine. His funeral was rank, as he was supposedly of Scottish heritage and they had a piper playing. They should have just used Spock's funeral scene from 'The Wrath Of Khan'. But Zeke is an utter goon. I'd like to kick the f**k out of him and I'm sure many others would too. He is truly a little creep.

I see Hardcore Holly has finally been released. Will he surface in TNA? talking of TNA, Petey Williams, Jimmy Rave and Lance Rock have all been released. At least Williams can get rid of his awful Steiner gimmick now.
