Almost. Lost nearly 3kg in that heat - does not bode well for my proper 90 mins on Wednesday (nor does my woefully bad performance tbf).

Those socks are brilliant but can't really wear them for football as they're only like ankle socks (at least my ones are). I had the same problem as you and found that wearing a pair of thin trainer socks under my football socks stopped it.
Out for both I'm afraid, at Musselburgh races on Saturday for a stag do and got a work thing on Monday. Played 5s last night though and the injury never played up so should hopefully be ok for next Monday.
Highly unlikely as has been said. Were you informed of the correct procedure to follow? And is there a record of you being informed? (Eg a signed copy of the procedure)
Probably out tbh - foolishly played 5s last night and my old legs decided to teach me about how my groin muscles work. Or more accurately how they don't work, as is now the case.
