No idea who that strapping young man is but he shares the same uncanny resemblance to Dorin Goian as I do. The Whittaker nickname might wear off at some point after all... I enjoyed that for my first run out in 6 weeks. I had a similar issue trying to get a balance update from them. Apparently HMRC collect the cash throughout the year and hand SLC it every April for them to update the balances. Therefore they have no clue what's going on in between or what's still outstanding. Since I asked last November (by which time the balance was well out of date) and also since no c**t has sent me an updated balance from last tax year, safe to say I've no clue how much I have left to pay.
