Any half decent boss will give you the regular feedback so the 6 month reviews have "no surprises". If they don't then I'm pretty sure you could challenge any poor performance rating due to lack of feedback and opportunity to demonstrate improvements! I do think they serve a purpose if done right but as someone said a lot of people conducting these are not experienced enough to make them worthwhile.

I've got a sneaky feeling he will try and go for Darren Randolph currently at Birmingham. He was excellent for Motherwell and would be a superb signing for Aberdeen. He is out of contract in the summer but with the money being invested by Aberdeen and the face Birmingham are skint it may be possible.

Was at Holland v Romania during the week. 22 Euro for a ticket and seats were excellent.

Heading to Doncaster v Stevenage on 22/09. Got hospitality at the game. One of my mates is originally from Doncaster and a big Donny fan. Usually head down once a year to take in a match and then hit the nightlife. Donny is suprisingly quality night out!

You will be disappointed. Its got a good spice to it (well the sauce) but the standard of pizza is pretty poor.

The pizza has a decent spice to it, however the actual standard of the pizza is exactly the amount you pay for it. Cheap shit to be honest. Rather nip to Asda and get them to make one up for me with whatever I want on it.

I watched this race on Wednesday night before the Celtic match. Smashing run but Ventura! Was really impressed by his run into the final few furlongs and won easily!
