  1. Sounds like you've made a huge mistake. Going by what you've told us she sounds really clingy Congrats!
  2. Think you're thinking of Snow White and the Cuntsman, Bro. Soz
  3. Can't figure out why anyone would start smoking nowadays tbh. Each to their own I suppose!
  4. Newcastle fans and even Danny Murphy having a pop at Tim Krul for patting Defoe on the back in the tunnel. GTF the lot of you!! It was an absolute peach and even a GK can appreciate when he's got no chance of saving a strike like that. Krul will be a Newcastle man through and through, but he'll also appreciate excellent football. I can't believe the guy is getting stick for appreciating Defoe's goal. That's why Murphy is a fud and Newcastle fans are the complete opposite of the "salt of the earth" tagline they tend to have
  5. "That cheeseburger eatin' b*****d!" Just started this and have to say I'm enjoying it. I cheated and skipped ahead to watch the Rush episode. I thought it was fucking hilarious! Just started season 2.
  6. I'm surprised no one else has mentioned the rapid change in light during the end. Rick entered the 'compound' and it was bright daylight. The next scene it's somehow pitch dark, yet everything was continuing on as if instant. WTF?! If I'm being honest I really can't say I'm looking forward to the start of season 6. I'm not a viewer who want's action every week; far from it in fact. I enjoy character development. I'm starting to get pretty bored of this though and have been since they arrived at Alexandria. I really hope the next season starts with the place being destroyed. The lack of danger makes the whole show boring. There needs to be that genuine risk of death for it to be gripping. Hopefully they go back on the road and get wind of a cure of something. For me personally the show has almost ran it's course. They've been out in the wilderness long enough. Time to start wrapping things up IMO before it starts to become monotonous and all the good things about the show are forgotten.
  7. Still Alice I thought this was really well done. It's not going to be a film you're going to continually go back and view but it is definitely worth a watch. Having worked with Dementia (and sadly, living above someone who has early onset) I don't think it was at all over the top. If anything, I thought the writing and Moore's acting was subtly done throughout the film. There is a scene near the end where Alice watches a pre-recorded video of herself and it's then you truly notice the transformation of Alice. Both physically and mentally. It's such a tragic scene. Moore completely deserved her Oscar for her performance. Absolutely superb performance from the woman and portrays the horrible f£cking illness exceptionally well. A really well directed film and good strong performances from all involved. 7.5/10
  8. I think he was referring to McIntyre following a successful manager in Johnston tbf. There's a helluva doom and gloom around right now, and I suppose it's understandable. COYB_RAB has hit the nail on the head in his post and it's something very similar to what I was discussing with my dad a couple of weeks ago; If we finish 5th it will be really disappointing purely because we have held on to 4th spot for so long in the season. But overall, if we finish 4th OR 5th there is no denying this has been a very successful season for us. Considering our budget, and more importantly the size of our squad, we have done remarkably well to even push for 4th spot this season and let's not forget how close we came to a major semi-final as well. I would be interested to know if our bench had the youngest average age throughout the season. Our first 11 can compete with anyone in the division (I suppose you could possibly argue not Hearts) but when we have picked up knocks and suspensions we don't have a lot in reserve. We've played most of the season with only 2 strikers and for a good spell at the beginning we had many key players missing for long periods. The boys who stepped in and our youngsters have done incredibly this season and whether we finish 4th or 5th they deserve ONLY praise. That goes for Fowler too. I'm as far away from being a happy clapper as can be, but I really can't find myself having a pop at our team overall this season. It would be good to be in the play-offs, but let's get real for a minute here. Even if we did make the play-offs, how many QoS fans genuinely believe we would win all 6 games to go up??
  9. Are they also incapable of saying "ask" and instead pronounce it "axe" for some reason?!
  10. He all but did admit to cheating, that's what's even more infuriating. He said "I don't know if there was contact. But I didn't dive." If we was unsure about the contact, what made him fall?? A dive! I don't buy in to this pish either that English commentators throw out when English players are accused of diving, about this anticipating a challenge. Bullshit. You hit the deck with no contact then you've dived. There's no two ways about it.
  11. Because he blatantly cheated and is still being rewarded. It's not exactly a good advert for the sport is it? Good game or not, he should be hauled up in front of a committee and banned. As should all blatant divers in the game. Awarding them motm whether they were good or not is beyond the point imo. His blatant act of cheating should have ruled him out instantly. It's a shameful act in the sport and a harder line needs to be taken against it.
  12. Harry Arter for Bournemouth/Sky Sports. The guy had a good game and scored a peach for the 2nd. However, he blatantly dived for the 2nd penalty. The interviewer at the end asks "The penalty looked soft, was there contact?". Naebrain responds: "I don't know if there was contact. But I didn't dive." Well yes, yes you fucking did! You've just admitted you felt no contact yet hit the deck. That = You're A Diving b*****d! What is even more infuriating is the fact that Sky give him the Man of the Match! Don't worry kids, diving is acceptable in this sport as long as you play well the rest of the game! Unreal.
  13. Aye I wondered about that. I thought it was deliberate and you could have 2 different pics so I never asked about it. Mine should be the same either way. I don't think I've ever had any other avatar
  14. Playing that Quiz Nights on the tele and a question was:- "Name the 4 members of The A Team" She answers, Mr T and Captain America!
  15. How would everyone feel if the show ended this term and it turned out this place was sustainable?* In all honesty I'm expected a shite ending to this show. I can't see how they could give us a satisfying end tbh. This current story has made me realise I won't be happy with them finding a safe haven and it ending there. If it was similar to where they are the now then it feels too easy for me. I've been thinking about it and I think the only way I'd be content at the end is if they do indeed find a cure in Washington and the anti-virus is somehow spread across the country/world killing off all the undead. They then catch up with where the gang are in the new world. I highly doubt this will happen though! *I'm assuming this isn't going to be the case this time. Hypothetically speaking!
  16. Yeah can mind it. Can't mind the name though. I think it was a newerer episode
  17. To be fair to Durnan (coz I love the guy and class it as blasphemy should he be slated ) he really doesn't suit a 3 at the back. He's far better suited as a CB in a back 2
  18. Fitba fans in this country that actually use the word "soccer".
  19. True! And you are right, they did debate Jeremy Clarkson!! Haha!
  20. "Fwankwy mime dear, I don't give a damn!" Steamin' off his tits!
  21. Feck. Where are the other two?! I had a look before I started. Having thought about it, I never checked the Politics forum. Probably would have been the best place to start!
