  1. Been informed Ambrose isn't exactly the pro he should be at this stage. I think he's a bombscare tbh but he's definitely streets ahead of McKay. But if he's setting a bad example at training and off field then I can understand why he's not playing tbh.
  2. He hasn't offered any contracts yet which I hope means he knows he's getting punted. Murray better be going along with him or not much will change.
  3. Wouldn't happen tbh (not that I'm condoning it either). It's the worst I can ever recall us being and Palmerston hasn't been toxic at all. We boo a bit but that's it. We're at the stage where getting beat at home in the playoffs would be expected so I doubt the atmosphere would change at all tbh.
  4. I don't think many sides have sat in at Palmerston though. I can't recall many games where I felt the opposition had 11 men behind the ball and we were just unable to break them down. If anything, for the most part teams have came to Palmerston and been on top for most of the game.
  5. You'll get the weekly SPFL highlights on YouTube now.
  6. Are you lot fitted with some kind of beacon receiver for when Crowds are being discussed?...
  7. As shite as the officiating was on Saturday, the ref/linesman got the two big calls spot on for me. Connelly looks comfortably off for me (Not shocked in the slightest Bartley said he was on) and as much as he's probably in with a shout of PotY for us, Stone has just made a complete arse of the cross. Not a foul for me. There's been a few games this weekend where players have cut in and scored a cracker (Rangers and Man Utd come to mind) but neither were as good as that Kelty one. Absolute peach and a rare bit of quality at Palmerston.
  8. You're a day late . As long as she's still dead the date is irrelevant I suppose.
  9. Without fail, any time I watch a film/tv show (usually American) and they "Supper time", meaning their tea, I actually shudder.
  10. Aye, the confidence of some of your supporters on here has been quite 'interesting'. I suppose it's good to have faith in your manager/side (something not one QoS fan has) but I don't think any of Annan, Stirling or QoS are in a position to feel so confident about surviving tbh. As a QoS fan and a neutral I'm really hoping it goes down to the last game between Stirling and Annan. I know Stirling absolutely don't want that but it would surely mean a packed out Forthbank?
  11. (Just reply here instead of the match thread) The concerning thing about this if true is that we shouldn't be expecting him to be sacked then. If promotion wasn't expected then he hasn't failed? Even if that is the case I'd argue he's failed at the development side as well as he's barely played any of our own youngsters.
  12. Our awful record was mentioned right up above your initial post tbf.
  13. Well aye, in the context of the discussion I didn't think it was even remotely provocative tbh. Indeed. I'd see the point a bit if it was on your club thread but it's a match thread and a massive one for the division. It was literally the first score I looked for after seeing how the rabble down alongside our shitmob got on.
  14. A combination of our absolutely awful home record and the fact we're one of only two sides who Edinburgh have picked up points against in the last 17 matches and you don't get my point?
  15. "Prompt Assistance". Stick on they were running down the clock
  16. I don't agree with Walker being one of our best attacking players. He's absolute dugshite. Bartley never playing him has probably done Walker a favour as folk start to forget how bad he is. Hard to argue with anything else really and we've been saying the same on here for months. Welcome aboard @Palmerstunned
  17. No, I always acknowledge/d the shout and go/went through thereafter. The only reason I stopped doing that was because of the reasons I said. We never had a dining room at home but my Mrs will sometimes shout for me to set the table if that's what she needs done, which makes the whole thing even more bizarre.
  18. Is this a woman thing in general or am I just ridiculously unlucky? When I was at home my mum would do this and my Mrs does exactly the same thing - if they are making the tea they shout "Tea's ready" so I'll go through to the kitchen to collect it only to be met with her either still dishing up or the food still in the oven/air fryer. So I'm left standing there waiting because if I go in I get moaned at for getting in the way when it's getting dished up. On the flipside, if I wait for a few minutes after being told tea's ready I'm then constantly shouted until I go through
  19. She never knocked herself out. She just can't get up.
  20. Work with a guy exactly like this. He doesn't have a massive house but he has a massive mortgage. I'm not sure what else he has on the go but for someone who's P60 will almost certainly be comfortably over 40K I can't get my head around how he can be counting down the days to payday each month. He was off sick the other week and was rushing back as he had been given an overtime shift. It's no surprise that he appears to be stressed out his tits on a daily basis. Have people always lived out with their means like they do these days or is it another social media thing where folk have to show off the shite they have, even if they can't afford it?
