If it happened tomorrow (or any time soon), then I would think two options would be available: 1) Put the 10th-placed team in the play-offs (whilst maintaining an automatic promotion spot) 2) Relegate the 10th-placed team and promote both play-off finalists (as happened with Gretna).

I did 16 miles a fortnight ago, including one dirty b*****d of a climb at Camperdown Park. I'm trying to build myself up to doing the full 26 miles of the Dundee Green Circular again. The first (and last) time I did it, it was very much on a whim: I headed off and just kept going. Took me a little under 3 hours, including a 10 minute lay-off at Camperdown, which I was delighted with.
