Hopefully Charlie will take to his sibling as well as Ruairidh has taken to Niamh! Niamh gets so excited when he's around, I do think she misses him when he's at nursery!

I agree with the above. My second time was great, midwives said I was one of the most laid back mum's they'd seen. First time round I needed the epidural as I'd run out of energy.

I'd like to retract this advice. I never had one the second time round and it was a much better experience for it!

LM, the nursery Ruairidh goes to supply the shorts and foam shoes for when you're potty training and wash them too. SD Ruairidh will be 3 in a month and he's very reluctant to train. I've tried. Nursrey and HV both say he's simply not ready.

I've just been in Morrisons, they have a baby event on, weaning bowls spoons etc and I picked up a £15 highchair. We're waiting until 6 months to wean but I'm picking up bits as I see them.

His sister will be trained before he is.

Adam, I had a crib this time too, £4.99 off ebay! Not a mark on it! Niamh is a wriggler so is in her cot now. I've now passed it onto my friend! Niamh's had her medication doubled for a week to see if that helps her if not back to hospital. The reflux should be improving by now but it's not.

So much easier than fannying around with the seat belts!

I did just a couple miles tonight, I've increased my jog sections to 45 secs every 2 mins. Getting there. I've lost about 8lbs in couple of weeks. Only another 3.5 stone to go!
