  2. Did he grow out of allergy? I couldn't foster, my folks fostered one lassie and she was part of the family for years.
  3. Well we gave her half a feed with the new milk first thing and she took it, slowly but took it. It smells awful!
  4. It is nutramigen, collected it today. Phased introduction starts tomorrow. Seemingly it tastes bogging! One of the other kids at nursery has the same thing and the staff have passed on my number and she's happy to have coffee and chat about it.
  5. That's the dude. Consultant said the surgery will be hacked off because it's expensive.
  6. It's a formula made out of all the nutrients without the lactose I think.......Ayrgirl might know more. Chances are no matter how I fed she'd have developed it, think consultant was trying to make me feel better!
  7. Suspected milk allergy. Onto a hydrolised formula. Wee soul.
  8. So, off to the hospital tomorrow. I'm not leaving until I get a perscription for Neocate or the like, a dermatology and dietician referal.
  9. Inductions do lead to more medically assisted deliveries. Not sure percentages. Both mine were induced, one with forceps the other without.
  10. Congratulations! Now sleep as much as possible until they get out of hospital!
  11. Can we place bets on when she'll have sprog?! I'm going for twenty past midnight!
  12. You might think there's not much happening but there may well be. I went from 3cm to 10cm whilst unconcious on the drugs! Looks like Niamh has a milk allergy but GP won't prescribe soya milk until we see the peadiatrican on Wednesday. Feel like crap cause I didn't persist with breastfeeding for various reasons.
  13. How's Steven SD? Day 5 of potty training and we're venturing out.....I've got 5 changes packed. If I get to the fifith I'm giving up and coming home!
  14. Well done Boghead! Residual stiffness has gone having spent the last 2 hours running around after the kids and doing housework!
  15. I have a tiny bit of stiffness in my right hip this morning but that's it. Happy because I thought I'd completely seize up. Going to go out tomorrow morning.
  16. I got talking to some ladies about 9k and said that I couldn't wait to get home for a cuddle as my baby was sleeping when I'd left. They asked how old, I said 21 weeks they looked Thunderminkey did the half 10 mins slower than I did the 10k
  17. I made it to the end! In a time I'm way too embarrassed to put on here!
  18. Looks like excema LM but hoping it's not as bad as her Dads used to be.
  19. So after nearly a year of various methods, tears etc in the end he decided in his own time to potty train. We needed to get another sample for the doctor the other afternoon and he decided that he wasn't going back into nappies! Going not too bad. More in potty than on floor! Health visitor out yessterday and she's concerned about Niamh's skin so I've to raise it with the peadiatricain this week.
  20. I'm going to cross the finish line in an ambulance on Sunday. Finally got to run4it today and got a pair of Nike Pegusus. Size and a half bigger than I normally wear. Haven't been out even walking this week so far as I've not been well. But I've raised £140 for the Samaritains
  21. We seem to have a breakthrough on the potty training front. Even helped take his nappies to Grampa's car to go to the faries (will get them back when Niamh grows into them!). Our normally quiet street had three lots of neighbours and some of the local kids out as we all looked liked chumps waving the nappies off One of our neighbours did join in though!
  22. Strathclyde university keeps a roof over my head so I really couldn't care less
