  1. Well, that proves me wrong! Observe, I answered his question directly, and when he claimed I was wrong, asked him to explain. That is what I got. Are those the posts of someone who is administering a "history lesson"?
  2. That was 2008 I posted that, and has the military solution worked? Has the military solution EVER worked? Violence begets violence on both sides. If you starve a people, take away their livelihood, leave them with no hope, no rights, and no opportunities, what do you expect to happen? Oh, and then throw in the occasional killing, and you have the conditions for an uprising. By the same token, if you constantly nip at another country, constantly snipe at it, fire rockets, etc. then you are only ever going to get a violent response back. So whats the solution? Frankly, both sides need to ease it down. Israel are committing 99% of the aggression, whether in the form of settlements, reprisal killings, assassinations, checkpoints, or starvation blockages, so need to tone it down. If they do that, then they will find that support for more extreme organisations by ordinary palestinians just melts away. You know, the same as it does the world over. By the same token, the Palestinians need to stop firing rockets. So essentially, both sides need to grow the f**k up, else war is not going to end.
  3. Well? I made a statement. You claimed I was wrong. I am waiting for you to explain why....
  4. Go on. Where is it wrong? After all, last time, as I proved a few posts back, you went and hid. Go ahead.
  5. Capital of Palestine, Jerusalem. A previous leader, Herbert Samuel. Google tells you that. I just popped on wikipedia. There we go. I answered your question. Now, I look forward to you going on the climate change thread and expanding on your own statement about ice caps. Or perhaps you could answer whether you think the UK is an independent country?
  6. DEFLECT! DEFLECT! Face it, you were caught bonny on this one last time, and no amount of wriggling will get you off the hook again. I'll answer questions from you when you've dealt with all your outstanding issues. We're easily into double figures now.
  7. I take it back, its not on this thread, ladies and gentlemen, take a trip back to 2011 and Reynard's last hiding session on this topic! http://www.pieandbovril.com/forum/index.php/topic/157357-us-to-veto-palestine-un-bid/page__st__120
  8. You have a cheek! I consistently answer your questions, however, you refuse to answer any reasonable questions. And you without a doubt hide. As does HB. As we pointed out today. Still, the evidence for this topic and what happened last time will probably be on this thread for anyone that chooses to investigate. Happy reading.
  9. Well yes. Thank you for that contribution. I'm not entirely sure what it has to do with anything you replied to, but very well.
  10. No. Last time, you hid. Last time, you lied. Same old story really. Edited to add, for examples, see the Climate Change thread. We're STILL waiting for you to expand on your "ice caps" comment. And also for you to admit you were wrong on climategate. This isn't for a fucking research paper. Expressions like " ^^^ verge of tears" wouldn't be acceptable in a research paper, yet they are suitable on here. Context boy, context.
  11. What I said. You're not the complete Mossad praising Palestine denier you used to be, which is progress, but you're still just as biased as the anti-semitic loon, just in the other direction.
  12. The "hedge"? The "hedge"? Seriously? You're as bad as the anti semitic nutjob, although to be fair, you're a bit less extreme than you used to be.
  13. We had an example of that, back in 2006. We had free and fair elections in Palestine, praised by international observers, including Americans, with the only complaints being small in number and due to Israelis. The result? Hamas were democratically elected. And the response? Well we (the good guys) "put the Palestinians on a diet". That went well didn't it!
  14. If only the Palestinians would have democratic elections of their own. And if hypothetically, they were to exercise their free choice, I'm sure that we wouldn't make it a condition that they only vote for who well tell them to vote for. Freely and of their own choice.
  15. My point was that the same documentary does not become worse just because it is on youtube rather than tv. The material is what we should be judging, not the medium.
  16. Exactly, saying "all youtube is bad" is a blanket statement and is wrong. There are good and bad videos on t'internet, just like there are on tv. Like you, I've watched a lot of interesting documentaries and shows that I wouldn't have been able to watch otherwise.
  17. Why? Is a documentary on youtube somehow worse than the same documentary being shown on tv?
  18. Please, as someone who repeatedly condemns the actions of the Israelis when it comes to Palestine, and who has argued long and hard for years, this is just embarrassing... this appears to be the anti-Israeli equivalent of Tryfield.
  19. Everything you said was nonsense though! I mean criticising the Palestinians for the nick of Gaza? Seriously? Considering (in the article I linked) that the Israelis even control how much cement gets in, and bulldozed the place left, right and centre. And thats just for starters. Yet again, your post is a work of fiction, backed up by no evidence and with considerable bias. I've been surprised of late by just how many topics you actually do this on.
  20. Absolutely (with your first part). Their actions are not the actions of "defending themselves" though. They are far, far beyond self defence. Also, all they have done is create the conditions to cause more attacks. Totally ineffective long term.
