  1. Was one of the lucky few who was at the Aberdeen recording of A View from the Terrace last night. Was stunned to see another fella in a Cowdenbeath top. Anybody who posts on here?

There's not a chance in hell Phil had started a pie business. He's obviously inherited it or runs it. Twice now he's been in the tasting room and delivered a shite product - thankfully for him the other team made an even bigger arse of it. But how can someone in the food industry be so bad at getting flavours correct?

I'm hoping anyone other than the girls win tbh. Dislike the Northern lass less but I really can't stand the Tory.

Correct - sure it's been in his family for generations.

    Phil has won.

    Absolutely correct

Part of senior fitba ma fuckin hoot

Lets just say its middle o dec and utterly baltic & its a pub day with scores on

    Not in this Lowlife League..

Lucky if you get them next day just another example and i assume you also need to Qualify for the Scottish cup...

We must not go there as we will never return like majority of our support...

    Yer Mithers Pride🇾🇪

Well no you enter in the first round. League 2 enter in the second round.

  4. Phil is still in because he has an excellent business.  He's making decent profits and won a big pie award in the last few weeks.  He's been utter pish throughout so he surely is out next week or wins the whole thing.

Utterly pathetic from him this week re the price drops.

No loss losing Raj but I was warming to Maura.

  5. Also think it was 100% set up for Noor to be fired. One team gets a fun campervan to advertise and the other gets a much harder to promote drivable stall basically.

Noor forced to be team leader by Sugar for the harder vehicle.

    Diddies still in:

    Folusa, Maura and Phil.

    Decent contestants:

    Tre, Rachel, Flo

    Need a good business plan:

    Paul, Steve, Raj

Just been reading about your reunion day guys. Really cracking stuff to see Cowdenbeath getting back on their feet and that looks an infinitely positive initiative. The fans getting behind the club deserve a lot of credit and I think paired with Berwick Rangers being in town this weekend there's a serious chance you could break your Lowland League attendance record of 194. Keep up the great work in your spinetingling battle for 9th and we won't see you next year! :thumsup2

Wow possibly the funniest post in Pie and Bovril history.  Keep up the good work and good luck for your upcoming school exams 👍

Is there still plans for a fan day or something for the Berwick game? I am not local these days and not on social media so I will probably have missed any chat about it.

Yeah there's been a push for a big crowd for that game.

Do they mention the corporates by name? Can't say I've ever remembered if they have so pretty crap advertising.

Nah they always mention the names.  Fairly sure they've had ASDA and other shops in the past.

No Viaplay probably likely next season

Surely we can just vote in favour of Colt teams in the league and guarantee our place in the cup like last year?

One element which I think could potentially provide some genuine clues would be if the Traitors were incentivised to make the missions fail. Maybe it's two separate prize funds, one for if the Traitors win and one for if the Faithfuls win, and then you'd have to see the Traitors trying to strategically f**k up aspects of the tasks to make themselves money, without being seen as suspicious.

See I think that's a good idea.  There's £10K available for each task and anything not won goes into the Traitors pot.

Think John Kearns on Taskmaster but slightly more subtle.

I like him in WILTY, very quick witted, but dislike his tv show, playing the idiot, and constantly making smart arse one liners. Which admittedly is what he does in WILTY, but it feels more natural as it's on the spot and not rehearsed, just gets annoying in rehearsed, scripted shows. His appearance replacing Bob was just horrifically bad though, felt awkward and didn't work at all. Would've been far better bringing Fergal Sharkey in for the episode, or even Charlie (can't remember his surname), who also made a guest appearance.

Off topic for the gone fishing chat.  Was listening to Richard Osmans "The Rest is Entertainment" podcast and he revealed that sometimes the editors actually have to add a second of silence before Lee Mack comes in with some one-liners because they think it will come across as too quick and people might think it's scripted!

  12. That was incredible TV. Firstly fair play to Harry who was a star throughout. Tonight though he had 2 surprised attacks to deal with and he managed to get through.

Andrew did what he could. No surprise he couldn't convince Mollie or Jaz.

Jaz - I'd say he was the smartest player in the whole game. So unlucky.

Mollie - feel sorry for her really. Literally had written down a name to win her £47K before changing it to win nothing. Must be devastating.

If Evie goes first surely they have to consider the shield theory was rubbish and Harry might be a Traitor? Probably too late to discuss it by that stage.

This. Surely now Evie needs to start speaking and say "well hang on this shield thing is nonsense" and start looking elsewhere.

No doubt she'll blame Jaz and Harry will win.

    Can't wait for tomorrow

  14. Not going back through all the pages here but surely the worst thing the Faithful can do early in is vote out Traitors?

If I was a Faithful and had suspicions on something in episode 5 then getting them out and replaced by somebody not known is surely a mistake?
