  1. Farage is on that programme to 1) cleanse his image to go again and 2) help out his reform mate to manufacture consent for PR at Westminster. One to watch on that is 'journalist' Isobel Oakeshott - she left her husband (and kids?) for the current leader of Reform who is campaigning for PR. And would you Adam and Eve it, she even tweeted not that long ago that she used to not want it but wants it now. Almost like it personally served her no purpose 10 years ago but that might be nothing.
  2. I for one have welcomed our new Vigo overlord since 1989.
  3. Exactly, nothing to be bitter about. I know several people on all sorts of points tallies who were eligible today and all got the tickets they wanted. Every single one, even those who ran into problems, myself included. Is it an intrinsically Scottish thing to be permanently non-plussed?
  4. No but it kept rejecting my payment. Tried three different cards, have two cancelled orders, then my codes were invalid, then they weren't. I need to go for a run now to shift this nervous energy.
  5. Holy hoor that was way, way more stressful than it should have been. Got there in the end though, and the tickets I actually wanted.
  6. Same, did yours work eventually?
  7. I've used another card, paid, my access codes are invalid now and I still have no idea if my order has gone through
  8. I've had money taken but never got to a confirmation screen. Now keep getting told my bank number is invalid or can't be recognised, ffs
  9. Fantastic, heard Highland Express Airways are getting the band back together too to mark 40 years since they started operations.
  10. Haven't said anything about the points system being junk or a free for being preferable literally anywhere. Nowhere. It's not up to me to make the rules for ticket access here, or police the metrics of loyalty. Given the allocation of tickets the SFA have deemed 12+ points the fairest cut-off for access. If you want to lobby the SFA over perceived fairness then be my guest.
  11. The SFA thinking outside the box to combat tout bots, bravo
  12. How do you know? I don't live in Scotland so all games are away games for me. Hope you're sitting down for this bit, but I know umpteen people in the same boat and are at time of writing, luckily, financially able. Not everyone can, as you said, access the official SSC tickets for away games and end up getting home end tickets. But by all means argue for the very narrow set of circumstances that should see the feathered footsoldiers get their 'reward' despite having a very comfortable access to the same batch of tickets.
  13. So what if you've not set foot outside of Scotland? There are plenty of people who travel for home games across campaigns and not everyone lives in Glasgow or the surrounding area.
  14. It's a 1:1 ratio. Edit: with guts so rotten you can taste their farts deep in your throat.
  15. I know one or two people saying the same stuff. A gentle "so f**k" shut that down for me.
  16. Here's me thinking they'd built in some intelligence to the codes being sent out the way they were. Silly me.
  17. This has aged terrifically well.
  18. I'm no developer but I guess that when you enter the SFA access code there'll be data attributed to that code that flags if you're eligible (12points or greater) and triggers your ability to compete the purchase. If not, someone is getting emptied!
  19. I couldn't tell you tbf. Perhaps it's simply our turn to get burned.
  20. I'm backing England to avenge 1996 and win the euros in Germany, then defend it successfully in their own back garden in 2028. Maybe with a cheeky wee WC win inbetween
  21. You'd think with the revenue from audience volume, hospitality, advertising and so on that they'd be able to keep the opening game tickets reasonable like all the other games. A 50 to 195 euros step jump is scandalous.
  22. I'd totally forgotten about their bam pot element. Hopefully the Bundespolizei have that clamped early doors.
  23. Not against the devil being KOR actually, hadn't thought of that. Keeps a connection with Cole too, could have it that the Devil is actually a Cole puppet, not Cole himself (works with Baker too I suppose).
  24. Did McInnes just say he thought Rangers would "wipe the floor" with Limassol? Is he high?
