  1. Indeed. This is an example of such a thing. Those of a nervous disposition and those that might be induced to rage should avoid clicking the link. Suffice it to say that the pinned tweet, sets the tone... "It is incompatible to be a Rangers supporter & someone sympathetic to - or voter of - the #SNP. End of."
  2. ftfy He looks so elegant but alas, he is compromised by a lack of footballing ability.
  3. I didn't last until kick off. I have my radio delayed by a minute to receive the descriptive aural delights of Paul and Billy
  4. Indeed. Blame Corbyn and his gullibly misplaced, in a Charlie Kennedy style, on one hand this and on the other hand that delivery. It's quite astonishing how the labour party got it so wrong.
  5. Ian Bell was indeed a huge loss and I certainly don't recall purchasing a physical newspaper in the five years that have elapsed since we lost him. Paying for polemic that is as tired as Macwhirter's or just downright poor quality isn't something that I can't see me caring for can't time soon.
  6. He seems to be excited and obsessed by me in equal measure. I'm really rather touched by the attention but ever so slightly unnerved by such strange behaviour.
  7. and if you will forgive the torture, it shoots another tory fox that there is a return to the glory days of black fish landings should we be free of the pesky shared scientific imperatives.
  8. The welcher who welched on these charitable bets can surely not stay silent on standard contractual law that required his counter offer. If no such counter offer was annunciated then a contract there was. One would hope that the welcher would retrieve something of his reputation and swiftly reverse the welching.

  10. A charitable donation denied whilst previously and solemnly promised is dishonourable indeed.
  11. Indeed. The guy spends his time on the dirty margins of the game and if you fly your feet around too often then don't be surprised if you get shot with the crows.
  12. Don't be. She has packaged the memories and whilst they may not be on display, they still exist. Please don't fuss over the actions of others. If you do, it infers a need for control that you should release yourself from. Sorry if that sounds flippant but please look after yourself rather than obsessing about people that have their own priorities.
  13. I'm sorry but you obviously missed the ongoing joke between Willie Miller and Richard Gordon which was founded upon the former allegedly falling asleep recently. Willie was playing with that. However, the fact that Miller has largely been blessed with knowledge and expertise that is applied to a single geographical sporting construct is something that I don't think can reasonably be denied.
  14. and in the island of Ireland, do we really think this prophecy of catastrophe is going to play out? Thanks for conceding that it is inevitable Scotland will take back control previously ceded to Westminster though. Of course Scotland is in europe, it always has been and the re-established direct lines of communication to Rome, Paris, Dublin etc will cut the inefficiency of of the palace in London.
  15. Aye, ok. (pfft) Whatever time you have invested in your latest epithets has been as ill invested as the outputs have been risible but don't let that stop you repeating yourself.
  16. Oh no it's not! Everyone will see over the next few months that a euro border isn't such a big technical deal and only the fidgety fundamentalists will overly concern themselves with the English border.
  17. Micky Mellon... That's four points from the last two games. You can't ask for more than that.
  18. Probably best that he sits the rest of this one out then
  19. I referred to this in a related context recently full in the knowledge that obsessive sorts would be triggered. The very mention of the English border elicits excitement but I fail to see it as anything other than an administrative boundary and checks such as would be required will be substantially handled by technology.
  20. Presumably when she and her cohorts are demanding that Sturgeon finds the money from the unspent gazillions that rich London has doled out to compensate the poor fisherpersons. Or perhaps they should be encouraged to downsize. I can imagine a trawler tax for a nett gain.
  21. This presidential pardon thing is something that has passed me by or perhaps just passes by periodically. But my word, what a strange concept, a decree bypassing all due process. What a curious country.
  22. It stuck in my throat that Ross was laid low but no more standing in the shadows, Braden now has the chance to reach around and grab the opportunity.
  23. I was surprised as to how easy it was for Nicola to protect us by controlling cross border travel. Makes me think how easy it will be to manage after we regain all of our powers.
