  2. Hidden in the deep list of my music on my hard drive. Belter of a song.
  3. Dogma (1999) Kevin Smith's take on the Dogmatic laws of Catholicism could have gone down 2 ways. Thankfully this went down the better route and is a laugh out fun film. The cast is superb, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon (more about them latter) as disposed angels sent to life out the rest on eternity on earth, to Chris Rock as an apostle, Alan Rickman, who is always great...regardless of what movie, as the 1 true voice of God and to even casting Alanis Morissette (an Atheist) as God. Sure there is more F words than Al Pacino in Scarface, mostly brought by Jay and Sielnt Bob....ok just Jay then, but it's all in good taste, and Salma Hayek in that scene. But back to Damon and Affleck. It has always struck me how often these 2 were in the same films together at the early stages, and how good both of them were....but around about after this film they branched off, and while Damon enjoyed major successes in the Borne series, Affleck stuttered and too me this just don't seem right. Affleck is a great actor imo (Chasing Amy being arguably his best role) but a few bad choices of movie's and it went the way of the pear. How fickle Holywood really is. 8/10
  4. Why, the prorgrammes that were printed are now, more likely going to waste at a cost to County and is a viable complaint, more likely is wasn't his only complaint but was the easy one for the press to pick up on. As for being one of the guys voting, I don't think he was in that meeting, I'm sure the memeber which were at the meeting was posted earlier on and it only contained about half of the first division. Link to post - not definate, but some suggestion of who was there post no 7710
  5. The programmes are most likely County v Livingston programmes, then with the decision made most likely had to rush order a small inlet of Airdrie info to be inserted and all the programmes sticker covered with a sticker over Livi stating Airdrie....now we are told that there is likely no game at all and these go to waste. Also the loss of the hospitality is more of a blow, added to the fact that we lose the gate receipts and everything else makes it a big kick in the nut sack for most clubs.
  6. No, but will get it back at the end of the season, or most likely a portion of it after each game has played.
  7. I'm not down with all the tech speak and what not.... ...but I do believe this is called 'epic ownage'
  8. He was acctually very good when he was on top gear a couple of years ago. Doubt it's the 'real' stig they are unmasking...apparently the Enzo Ferrari XRR (or whatever it's called) is on tonight, and that Michael Schumacher will be 'Guest driving as the Stig'
  9. 7 attempts at trying to print out a montly report for the boss.....7 times it has decided to jam....meaning I have 10 minutes of finding jammed paper, removing jammed paper, resting job, wathch job get jamed again and swear under my breath. The swearing was getting louder and louder after each jam, as if i was playing an adult version of Boggies.
  10. Did my first round of the season yesterday up in Alness. Lovely sunny day, slight breeze, cooling the face as you walk the course. I was truely awful, and should never pick my clubs up ever again........EVER. Going back on Monday

  14. £61.37 on Bradford agaisnt Grimbsy got me £93.28
  15. I know some on here have suggested not taking lessons. IMO that is a bad idea. I would take a couple of lessons from the course pro (price depends on time, but up at my local it's about £15-20 an hour) just so that the fundamentals of the swing is good. There is nothing worse than trying to sort out a swing that has picked up bad habits (speaking from personal experience) and if you're a total beginner it's best to get the basics down first. I only had a few lessons before I was confident enough to go out on my own. As a result, I'm hitting the ball well, straight and getting decent distance. I only go back to the local pro for hints and tips on more intermediate/advanced shots, or when my technique starts to go to pot. Some people see the golf pro every week. Unless you’re planning to go pro, you only need to see a pro fro lessons every 2/3weeks.
  16. Germany for £10 and the Czech for £20.....thankfully I got a win on the horses and won a Sit'n'go game on poker so just about in the profit for the night.....could have been better, but could have been worse.
  17. Damn it...was tipped that at work today, but the guy was on a really bad losing streak so decided agaisnt it.
  18. And I missed it............damn and balst it all.
  19. Swansea...again (that's it never again) Ross County, if this is what takes for my team to win games, then I'll take the sacrafice anyday.
